Located in the countryside, a quiet neighborhood with a park directly behind the house and yet close to the city center of Alkmaar. The house is about 30 minutes from Amsterdam and Haarlem and 20 minutes from beach and forest (Bergen). The playful layout with multiple levels gives light, space and privacy. Outside you can enjoy the sunny, covered terrace facing south. Beloved by families! Please note: two cats live in the house.
