Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Das Haus wurde 2017 renoviert und überzeugt unsere Gäste in der Gestaltung des Innenraumes. Hier fühlen sich allein Reisende, Paare und Familien gleichermaßen wohl. Auch für befreundet Reisende bietet sich die Möglichkeit, die benachbarte Strandstuga und Haus Kilstrand gleichzeitig zu mieten und so mit Freunden unterwegs zu sein und trotzdem seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit zu bewahren. Härlig gäststuga (ca 25 m2) med 150m till bad/fiske sjö. Gångavstånd (2 km) till stad och järnvägsstation som bl a tar dig till Göteborg på ca 35 minuter. Här bor två personer bekvämt i en dubbelsäng (140) och vid behov finns bäddsoffa (120) om man föredrar separat sovplats. WI-FI finns och TV med basutbud kanaler. Finns även en Chromecast kopplad på TVn som är inkopplad på Wi-fi om ni bla vill använda era egna play tjänster. Tillgång till egen parkering på uppfarten till huset.

Fullt utrustad och helt nybyggd lägenhet i separat stuga vid sjön Mjörn, bara 3 mil från Göteborg. Sjöutsikten från egen uteplats är fantastisk och omgivningarna likaså. Utrymmet är ca 30 kvadrat och kan husera fyra personer. Mycket fräscht och väl utrustat kök och badrum. Bra bussförbindelser till Göteborg, Sverigeleden framför huset och egen parkering gör boendet lättillgängligt. 200m till sjön Mjörn som är bra för fiske, bad och vacker miljö!

Mysig stuga belägen precis vid vattenbrynet med stor terrass i söderläge. Under sommarmånaderna ingår det en roddbåt och en kanot vid den egna bryggan samt kolgrill och utemöbler. Det finns snabbt WiFi i stugan som når ända ner till bryggan. Stugan har två mysiga sovrum och ett loft där man kan umgås på kvällarna. Det lilla köket är fullt utrustat med det mesta man kan behöva under sin semester, tex mikro diskmaskin samt stor kyl och frys.

Awesome cottage in beautiful rural surroundings

We live in the very scenic area of Öijared, only 30 km from Gothenburg. The area provides lots of possibilities for recreation with beautiful foot- and cycle paths, Nääs Castle, café, crafts and only 1,5 km from one of Northern Europes largest golfcourses. You share the garden with us. We welcome all unprejudiced and lovely people.
