A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. The apartment is idyllic, close to forest with berries and mushrooms. Wonderful walking opportunities in the forest. 400 meters to Stora and Lilla Munsjöarna with swimming area and fishing. It is 50 km to Gothenburg, 40 km to Borås, 10 km to 18-hole golf course. 5 km to the beautiful wooden town Alingsås. Bedroom for 2 people in bed and 2 people in sofa bed. No smoking. Dogs are allowed. The apartment is on the second floor, no elevator.
