La Casa di Rosa

Charming Holiday Home located in the authentic Sicilian village of Collesano. Collesano is located just a few kilometers from the stunning green mountain views of the Madonie Mountains, the seaside and town of Cefalu, as well as close proximity to Palermo. Secure and safe parking available. Large Terrace with panoramic views to enjoy daily coffee/meals while taking in the landscape. Air Conditioner only in the main bedroom with Queen size bed. The other 2 bedrooms only have a portable fan.

L'alloggio, situato nella zona collinare di Cefalù con vista mozzafiato sul borgo e la sua baia, è un posto tranquillo ed immerso nel verde. The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor

Our little house is in the middle of the countryside, not far from the town of San Giovanni Gemini. It is ideally located for those who are traveling the mid-western part of the Sicilian island. In this area, you can hike in the beautiful “Cammarata Mountain Natural Reserve”. The place is only 20km from the Andromeda Theatre and the Hermitage of Saint Rosalia, 45 km from the Greek Temples of Agrigento, 40 km from Farm Cultural Park in Favara e Sant’Angelo Muxaro.
