Vacation rentals with a patio in Alicante

We had a great stay! The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the city center — you can easily walk everywhere. It was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with everything you might need in the kitchen. The parking space in the garage was a big plus — the car was always safe and out of the sun. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming. He waited for us late in the evening to hand over the keys, gave us clear instructions, and explained everything in detail. He also left us everything we needed for the beach. We were greeted with a fridge full of drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, a wonderful experience — we were very happy with our stay!

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

We stayed in this apartment for 8 days and everything was perfect. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. In addition, the host was very friendly and helpful at all times, responding quickly to any inquiries. Perfectly located in the city center, this Airbnb was ideal for exploring everything on foot. The balcony was a highlight, sunny all day and a great spot to relax. Highly recommended

The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and safe residential area, it is ideal for relaxing. Perfect location, just a 15-minute drive to Torrevieja, 30 minutes to Alicante and 1 hour to Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Fantastic stay at Villa Aqua! Villa is exactly as described and has everything you need. Location is ok but definitely worth having a car if you want to explore. The villa was very clean and the pool was much bigger than we expected. Peaceful and private location - we would definitely stay again!

Super nice home in quiet surroundings. We were well received and received recommendations for various things in the area and transportation. The host and Welcomely responded quickly to messages and were flexible on both check-in and checkout. We would consider coming back again!

The apartment was beautiful. The pool was bigger than what we thought. Dan and co were so friendly and easy to speak to. the apartment felt so private and peaceful. The only thing we struggled with was finding taxis that would take us elsewhere, but that meant we spent more time in the pool hahah xx 10/10 would recommend xx Thank you Dan xx

The location was perfect for our holiday — with easy access to Benidorm, beautiful beaches, and nearby shops, everything we needed was just a short drive or walk away. The townhouse itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day out. Nic was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, always available and ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, this place made our holiday stress-free and enjoyable. Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this flat! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Old Town with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport.
