Family-friendly vacation rentals in Alicante

We had a great time as a group of friends at the place. The pictures are accurate and we had a blast playing tennis, ping pong, and swimming in the pool. Fini was very responsive in case of questions. The location is a bit far from grocery stores (10-15 minutes walk) which can be difficult without a car in hot days. Highly recommended to rent cars (it's not expensive) as Uber or taxi is difficult to find. Car rental was cheaper than paying one way Uber from airport for us. A suggestion for the host: there were two rooms with bunk beds and 4 rooms with queen beds. It would be much more pleasant to have two single beds or queen beds instead of the bunk beds. Especially for the group of friends that are multiple couples.

We loved our stay. The apartment is tastefully decorated, modern, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and the air conditioning works wonderfully, something that is greatly appreciated in summer. The beds are very comfortable and the area is quiet, ideal for resting, but at the same time very close to downtown Dénia and the beach. We also really appreciated that there was private parking, which makes the stay much easier. Aitor was very friendly and helpful at all times, he explained everything in detail and responded quickly to any questions. Definitely a place to do again. 100% recommended and we loved the pool

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

A wonderful stay! David and Carol are extremely friendly and helpful hosts – we felt welcome from the first moment. The guest house is very nice and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. The garden with pool is a real highlight and invites you to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can fully recommend this accommodation! Thank you, Carol and David!

Honestly, a 10/10. The house is a real treat, super cool and with plenty of room for a large group. We were all super comfortable and at ease, enjoying the basket, the pool for a dip, the bbq, the terraces with the hammocks and so on. Everything was great, and on top of that, perfectly prepared and with plenty of utensils for 10 people. The area is quiet, next to a cove, in a residential area. There are no restaurants or pubs nearby, so we had to go somewhere else for that, but it wasn't a problem. And finally, Eva has been an outstanding host. Always attentive and available, proactive, friendly and professional. He has given us many recommendations that have been a total success, and has made our stay great. So, in short, a totally recommended stay!!

Lago and Alba are perfect hosts, considerate of travelers and caring. The accommodation was really clean and well-equipped. The residential area is quiet and a 10-minute walk from the beach. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and you can quickly reach up to two different beaches. Very easy way to communicate with the host. Small delicacies are a pleasant surprise on the day of arrival. I definitely recommend it!

Beautiful accommodation with all the amenities and equipment, everything you need to cook or to wash and dry clothes, even beach umbrellas, on a quiet street and very close to the center and the central market in an area with cafes, restaurants and a supermarket a few steps away. To the best horchatería in Alicante, Horchatería Azul. Air conditioning and hot water at all times. A nice combination of the Alicante neighborhood with a very good location. Pilar is always attentive and responds immediately to our messages, I definitely hope to return sometime soon.

3 couples on a Pentecost holiday in Alicante. We stayed perfectly with Soledad, 3 good bedrooms and 2 good bathrooms. Fantastic terrace. Located quietly with 10 minutes to the center with all restaurants within reach. Highly recommendable

Excellent apartment within heart of life in Alicante. Had everything needed. Really quick easy walks to all main streets, front, trams etc. perfect location. Cute balcony with view of castle and great space to catch morning sun. Excellent communication and Carmen was so helpful. Would definitely stay again. Travelled with my two teenagers and felt safe. Would bring my husband next time to sample finer dining and beaches. Perfect time had at this place

We had a great holiday staying at the apartment. It was very homely. The terrace was a real added bonus in the heat . It was well kitted out too with toys and beach towels. Marisa was very helpful with recommendations.

have been here several times and it remains a wonderful accommodation well maintained and clean there is everything you need the location is great, you can do everything within walking distance and you also have a great view of the sea if you have a question, it will always be answered quickly! For us, it's a top accommodation!

Fantastic Villa and amazing location. Lovely host. Was so helpful and flexible. Very close to the tram, so easy access to Altea old town and surrounding areas. Beautiful location with amazing views. Perfect.

What a wonderful week we've had at Villa L'Olla. From the minute we arrived (Josette let us check in at midday) to the last morning, we have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular, the pool area just perfect and the many seating areas around the garden allowed our group of six to have their own space. Josette was friendly and informative from the off - I could ask her anything and she'd get back to me immediately. The Villa is a five minute walk from the brilliant tram which takes you up and down the coast from Denia all the way to Benidorm. 10 minutes walk to the front and some really lovely restaurants and bars and an easy cab ride back up the hill. All in all, we LOVED it! A warm, rustic, comfortable house that embraced us for a perfect week in the sun. We would love to return.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at one of Maria’s properties in Moraira and we weren’t disappointed! The villa itself was lovely, well equipped, comfy furnishings and plenty of sunshine around the pool area with a fabulous shade space too. There were a couple of niggles upon arrival which Maria promptly fixed (delivered a new coffee machine and fixed the doors!). Nothing was too much trouble for Maria and we were incredibly grateful at how responsive she was. The villa is well located, within walking distance of both the beach and the many restaurants in the town. We had a fabulous time and thank you to Maria for being such a fabulous host. We’ll definitely be back!

Just left an amazing weeks stay at Jukka’s Villa. We had an amazing time, everything as described and Jukka was an amazing host, couldn’t have asked for anything more. There is everything you could need, he really has thought of everything! We will definitely be coming back.

Lovely few days in Alicante made better by staying at Pilar and Tim’s apartment. Spotless with charm the accommodation had everything you need and more. Air conditioning worked well (in all rooms if needed) Bed was comfortable and room quiet at night, shuttered doors helped. We arrived in Alicante during a carnival parade so had to find our way from the promenade and not the Market bus stop (bus from airport best option C6). Google maps sorted us out and Pilar met us on arrival explaining all we needed to know about the apartment. It is very central for everything and right by the iconic Central Market. Could easily contact our hosts if we needed to which was re assuring being in a new city. Thank you Pilar and Tim for making our stay all we hoped it would be. Good luck for the future. Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with all the amenities and amazing view. 10 min walk to old town and all it has to offer. Beach just minutes walk. Included parking was great and secure. Host was super to deal with, personalized walk through of the place and all functions. couldn't be happier with our 1 week stay.
