thank you for a fantastic stay. welcome wine was a lovely touch. the apartment was immaculate. bed was incredibly comfortable. I love that there is a floor heater. kitchen was fully-equipped. great location. walking distance to the supermarket, mall and beach. private parking. quiet and relaxing with 4 pools and several Jacuzzis to choose from. and a pool bar too. garden was well taken cared of. a few hiccups here and there but staff were very polite, responsive and apologetic. would definitely come back. I already recommended the apartment to my friends and associates planning to visit orihuela this year. it was a true home away from home.

I absolutely loved it here! I spent 2 months in Alcoy as a school internship and I chose this airbnb. Very good overall, view is so good and location are 5/5. Only downsides would be no oven/airfryer and some of the pans were not capable with the stove, but these are long period problems. I highly recommend this AirBnB and city!

The apartment is great. It is perfectly equipped, with all the details you may need. The terrace is a plus for the stay. Very large and cozy kitchen. Perfect location, next to the beach and very close to the port. Totally recommendable.

Our stay was really perfect and exactly as we had wished for our vacation. Great, bright apartment right on the most beautiful beach section of Dénia. In addition, fast, uncomplicated and friendly communication with Michel and Leonie, what else could you ask for?

Stayed at the apartment in June. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The apartment is clean, tidy. There is more than enough dishes. The feedback is excellent. Close to shops, cafes, sea. I definitely recommend it.

Had a fabulous stay at the apartment. It’s so comfortable and has everything we needed & more. The facilities are fantastic in the village and the location is excellent- so close to restaurants, shopping & beach.

I recommend staying at this place. Feel at home, lovely clean pool . Lots of kitchen utensils and dishes, storage space. Very friendly host. In the morning it is nice to go out with a cup of coffee in the garden. The grounds are luxurious, paddle court, outdoor and indoor pool. We had a great vacation with the kids. I recommend renting a car, all attractions and the beach are 7-15 minutes by car. Shopping center and grocery stores 3-5 minutes.

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

Great private area and beautiful home

We've had a very nice stay at Wim's place. The house is lovely and Wim responded quickly to the questions we had along the way. We were two families with children and the house was a good fit for us. Quiet neighborhood.

Pleasure to stay would recommend

a house where you feel at home, very well arranged and above all well located.

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

The stay at Casa Dora de Jávea was great. We loved enjoying the pool and relaxing on the terracita. the communication with Barbara as a host was very fluid and she was attentive to us at all times, we had a problem with the hot water that came to be fixed immediately and allowed us to have a more flexible departure time. As the only point to improve, we suggest the renovation of the sofa bed which is quite uncomfortable. The final feeling is that we really enjoyed our trip thanks to having spent much of our time in Casa Dora, we would repeat without hesitation!

Our stay in Javea has been incredible, mainly thanks to Inma, from the first moment he recommended places to visit, how to get to them and the best tricks about the area. A spectacular host. The apartment is just like the photos you share and has all the services you describe. Definitely if we have the opportunity to return we will choose it again. Cleaning 10/10.

Apartment was clean and there were easy to come even at night time. 10 minutes to the beach and most of the restaurants. I can recommend. Thank you!

Daniel and Alvaro were very good hosts. We enjoyed all the facilities during our stay. My children were always entertained with the sports facilities, the park and the beach across the avenue is a luxury! Thank you very much for all your attention. We'll be back!

Excellent stay in the beautiful apartment. Apartment is extremely clean, lots of amenities & plenty of clean towels to use throughout the week. Lovely having the private outdoor space for our little one to roam around in safely. Warm, heated outdoor pool was great and the shallow children’s pool was a lovely temperature. We had a great stay, thank you!

I highly recommend this place, it was clean spacious and had great views. The pool area is very nice and big.

Fermín's accommodation was new with modern and tasteful decoration, it had beautiful views of the two seas and was very clean. Many extras that were worth it and make the stay very comfortable and with many options for recreational activities. There are also many options for getting around, such as a bus stop, bicycle, scooter, etc. The area is very quiet, at least on the dates we traveled. We highly recommend it, thank you Fermín!!

Gersiana’s place was amazing! The photos don’t do it justice! It had everything we needed. She was so helpful and answered all of our questions, would highly recommend this place.
