Vacation rentals with a home theater in Alicante

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is clean and well-maintained. It was especially nice to have board games that we played in the evening. The view from the window was simply incredible, it was nice to work and look out the window and in the evening watch the sunset. There are good restaurants and a shop within walking distance. Thank you for the warm welcome, we hope that we will be able to return to this accommodation again on our next trip.

The views are simply spectacular and the apartment is decorated with lots of detail, which makes you feel at home. I really liked the detail that Mikele cared about bringing me cold water, thank you so much for that! Felix is a really good host. Very easy to deal with. The property is ideally located. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was really enjoyable.

The location on Benidorm beach couldn't be better. Very nice apartment with easy access to the beach. Also a great garage if you have a car. You can hear the ocean from the bedroom while sleeping which is such a nice thing to enjoy on vacation. The kitchen is well equipped, and they leave things like salt and olive oil for guest use. Plus plenty of toilet paper, washing machine tablets, and towels. The only negative was they accused us of loosing / taking one of the community blue bands. Which was very strange. We received two, and we left two. It was eventually resolved, but we still felt quite bad about the accusation.

We rented this apartment for a month and were very satisfied. From the beginning, Fernando was very friendly and clear with the instructions. He gave us great recommendations for delicious restaurants and even helped us with the reservation. The apartment is super comfortable and clean. It has everything you need to have a great time. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the restaurant and bar area and very close to the beach. Xavea is beautiful!! We loved everything and we will rent Fernando's apartment again.

We so enjoyed our stay. Esther is an amazing host and quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment is clean, spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Nice to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. There are even beach towels you can use which is a nice touch. Location is excellent: minutes to the beach, restaurants, groceries and various museums, etc. We walked from the train station to the apartment. Public transportation is excellent to get around the city. The airport bus is a 5 minute walk. I would recommend Esther's place.

Apartment in good and secure location , easy to get to the beach or the strip with clubs and bars in the evening Supermarket nearby with everything you need , water park close , we walked to the park and back . Check in was flexible and arranged for us an early check in to drop the bags earlier as our flight was in the morning To find the apartment was a bit tricky as after you pass the gate you don't know were to go , we waited until the cohost came down to get us . Unfortunately Sandrine wasn't available on the day but was all sorted at the end . I highly recomand this apartment

Everything is perfect. Easy communication and the apartment is great, with very good views.

Stayed with 8 other friends. We all had a great time the villa is amazing. The photos do not do the place justice the view from the terrace is beautiful. The host was always fast to respond and very friendly. If you are staying I would highly recommend having a car with you as the distances are not walkable. However local taxi company was always available to pick us up.

Very nice place, good surroundings

My friends and I visited Alicante for the weekend and chose Misha's place. The place was great and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. If we come back to Alicante, we will stay again at Misha's place.

Marina’s place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed as two families and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 small children. The apartment itself was immaculate and decorated to an incredibly high spec. There was ample bedding, towels, and cleaning products to feel like you were at a home from home. Marina provided travel cots for our stay which was well appreciated. Let her know if you need a high chair as there wasn’t one at the apartment, though I am sure she would provide this. The complex itself is clearly a high-end, luxury space. The facilities were top notch (gym and heated pool in October/November) and well maintained. The apartment is about a 30 minute stroll to the old town along the sea front, which was lovely. There is a Coaliment supermarket about 10 minutes away, towards the old town, which is where we did most of our shopping. There are ample places to eat and drink within moments of the apartment. Marina communicated well throughout our stay - we will be back!

We have just got back from a week staying at Javier and Nathalie’s house. We are family of two adults and four children ranging age from 14 to 1 and this place had everything you could possibly need! The house is spacious and pool bigger than it looked in the photos, cinema room is an added bonus. Very well equipped with baby gates, toys, high chairs, the cot was put up, extra bedding available, inflatables and bikes. Also the kitchen has a filtered tap for drinking water so no carrying heavy bottles of water back from the shop! The location is quiet and is a good 10-15minute walk to the beach (with little children in tow) and a 20minute bike ride to the big Lidl so I think next time we would potentially hire a car. Only thing to note is that the restaurants close by don’t often open of an evening until 8pm so when we went out at 6.30-7pm nothing was open! The tram is easy, it’s at the entrance to the beach and only four stops to El campello. The hosts were so lovely and helpful!

The apartment is very well located in Denia with only a short walk to the beach ( note there are no sun-loungers for hire on the beach). It is a light modern apartment with attention to detail and many complimentary provisions. The street market opposite is full of life and the food in the cafe is good. Jordan went above and beyond as a helpful host- he collected us from the train station at 9 am and took us to the property and then when we left, collected us again at 6.40 am to take us to the bus station. What a wonderful helpful host! He also was very responsive to texts for any information asked of him.

Nice stay! We had a nice week here with the group of friends.

Everything was perfect, communication with the host was excellent, he was very attentive to our arrival, and offered all the necessary directions to find the apartment. I recommend this place

Perfect apartment for 4 people. Quite large and with 2 terraces. Perfect location. Everything is very clean and with details that are appreciated such as extra towels, change sheets, gel and brand new shampoo in each of the two bathrooms.... To get an idea, it is the first and only apartment, hotel or cottage, in which I have not grima/disgust, that the shower curtain rubs me. I think it's the best definition of the cleanliness of the apartment. Yuri has responded immediately to the few inquiries we have had to make. Still at risk that next year, "nos nos quit", in Caesar what is Caesar's. I definitely wanted to stay at this apartment. Thank you for doing so well Yuri!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Attila’s fabulous apartment. It is new, spotless, well appointed and perfectly located. Attila was onsite when we arrived. We were very pleased to meet him. He was both friendly and professional. The apartment furniture was very comfortable…especially the bed and pillows. We slept really well. When visiting Benidorm, we will definitely stay in his apartment again.

We were 6 people and we were very comfortable, since the house has 2 rooms, 1 of them with a very spacious bunk bed, + sofa bed. The house is fully equipped, is very easy to get to ,has all the supermarkets very close and the beach is 10 by car. It has a barbecue in the terrace and a table with some benches, chairs... which is very good. It has a light in this area, maybe another one would be missing, but otherwise, great! Communication with Pascal was always very prompt and with Anita too. I would go back without thinking :)

I already knew the urbanization, Sylvie's apartment is the one we've been best, also the most expensive. Take great care of the details and thank you.

We really enjoyed Nancy's apartment and felt like home. It was very clean, equipped and arranged very nicely. The view is also great, and the location is excellent, close to shops, terraces and the beach. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone.

This place is exactly how Airbnb was meant to be in the past; a sort of Couchsurfing 2.0. You're staying with a local, nothing fancy, but you get to experience real local life and genuine friendliness

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.
