Fantastic Villa and amazing location. Lovely host. Was so helpful and flexible. Very close to the tram, so easy access to Altea old town and surrounding areas. Beautiful location with amazing views. Perfect.

We had a great time as a group of friends at the place. The pictures are accurate and we had a blast playing tennis, ping pong, and swimming in the pool. Fini was very responsive in case of questions. The location is a bit far from grocery stores (10-15 minutes walk) which can be difficult without a car in hot days. Highly recommended to rent cars (it's not expensive) as Uber or taxi is difficult to find. Car rental was cheaper than paying one way Uber from airport for us. A suggestion for the host: there were two rooms with bunk beds and 4 rooms with queen beds. It would be much more pleasant to have two single beds or queen beds instead of the bunk beds. Especially for the group of friends that are multiple couples.

Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia. El apartamento está decorado con mucho gusto, moderno, cómodo y muy limpio. La cocina está totalmente equipada y el aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla, algo que se agradece mucho en verano. Las camas son muy cómodas y la zona es tranquila, ideal para descansar, pero al mismo tiempo muy cerca del centro de Dénia y de la playa. También valoramos mucho que hubiera parking privado, lo que facilita mucho la estancia. Aitor fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, nos explicó todo con detalle y respondió rápidamente a cualquier duda. Sin duda, un alojamiento para repetir. Recomendado al 100 % y nos encantó su piscina

Jean Paul und Francine sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sie sind nebenan und dadurch gut erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat. Die Villa hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen. Sie bietet den perfekten Mix aus Erholung, Ruhe und wenn man möchte kann man in der Umgebung an verschiedenen Marinas oder kleinen Städtchen - aber auch touristischen Orten wie Calpe in den Rummel eintauchen.Ein Mietwagen ist nötig. Wir haben die wunderbare Lage, die Sauberkeit und vor allem den Blick aus dem Esszimmer sehr genossen. Der Pool war blitzblank und hat uns täglich zum Schwimmen eingeladen. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Un séjour parfait et un appartement tout à fait adapté ! Pour ceux et celles qui ont peur de ne pas avoir la Clim, sachez que les ventilateurs sont suffisants et permettent une séjour très agréable ! La vue est splendide et l’appartement est extrêmement bien situé. Nous reviendrons c’est certain ! Merci à Maria et Jorge !

Wat een schitterende locatie. We waren onze computer vergeten en Andrés regelde het. Super vriendelijk. In het appartement was alles niet super groot maar aanwezig . Het allermooiste was wel het zwembad met het uitzicht. We voelde ons er thuis. Heerlijke tijd gehad en komen hier absoluut terug. Dankjewel voor alles je bent een top gastheer!

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! David und Carol sind äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber:innen – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Das Gästehaus ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Garten mit Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Vielen Dank an Carol und David!

Lovely few days in Alicante made better by staying at Pilar and Tim’s apartment. Spotless with charm the accommodation had everything you need and more. Air conditioning worked well (in all rooms if needed) Bed was comfortable and room quiet at night, shuttered doors helped. We arrived in Alicante during a carnival parade so had to find our way from the promenade and not the Market bus stop (bus from airport best option C6). Google maps sorted us out and Pilar met us on arrival explaining all we needed to know about the apartment. It is very central for everything and right by the iconic Central Market. Could easily contact our hosts if we needed to which was re assuring being in a new city. Thank you Pilar and Tim for making our stay all we hoped it would be. Good luck for the future. We used the flat as a workshop which is unusual I guess, but it was perfect. 1 min from the beach, great roof terrace and very nice place overall

Truly right in the heart of the city and the amazing views on the terrace cannot be beat! We were comfortable and Carmen was an amazing host! Hope to be back someday!

zijn al verschillende keren hier geweest en het blijft een heerlijke accomodatie goed verzorgd en schoon er is alles wat je nodig hebt de locatie is super kunt alles op loopafstand doen en daarbij heb je ook nog eens een geweldig uitzicht op zee als je een vraag hebt wordt er altijd snel op gereageerd! Voor ons is het een top accomodatie!

Excellent séjour chez Eva, l'appartement est grand, bien équipé, propre, à proximité de tout (plage, centre ville, restaurant, shopping...) Le plus : la terrasse et le parking. On s'est senti comme à la maison!

Logement très bien placé près du centre-ville et pas loin de la plage. En arrivant, tout était propre, rangé et préparé pour 3 personnes. Andy s’est montré disponible et a répondu à nos questions sans difficulté . L’appartement se trouve dans une résidence propre et sécurisée, le seul bémol serait le bruit la nuit à cause des boites de nuit à proximité. Nous avons passé un super séjour, je recommande fortement !

What a fantastic apartment, the views are beautiful and it’s ideally situated very close to the tram station so easy to get around. Rosa was both easy to speak to and informative on what was around for us. We had an amazing time and will certainly recommend and rebook to return in the future. This is the second time we’ve stayed at one of Maria’s properties in Moraira and we weren’t disappointed! The villa itself was lovely, well equipped, comfy furnishings and plenty of sunshine around the pool area with a fabulous shade space too. There were a couple of niggles upon arrival which Maria promptly fixed (delivered a new coffee machine and fixed the doors!). Nothing was too much trouble for Maria and we were incredibly grateful at how responsive she was. The villa is well located, within walking distance of both the beach and the many restaurants in the town. We had a fabulous time and thank you to Maria for being such a fabulous host. We’ll definitely be back!

Meillä oli ihana loma tässä upeassa huvilassa! ☺️☀️ Talo oli siisti ja tilava, ja jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa oli oma kylpyhuone. Piha oli myös iso ja siinä oli hyvänkokoinen uima-allas. Saapuessamme jääkaapissa oli valmiina kylmää juotavaa sekä pientä syötävää, mikä oli todella ihana yllätys pitkän matkustuspäivän jälkeen. Kaikki sujui hyvin ja voimme lämpimästi suositella tätä huvilaa. Täällä tarvitset ehdottomasti auton liikkumiseen.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Stefano and Jaya are exceptional hosts. Stefano met us at the apartment, helped with our bags, and gave us a great tour. Their hospitality, including a lovely lunch and a thoughtful welcome gift, was a highlight of our trip. The apartment is beautifully refurbished with tasteful design, great art, and everything you need for a longer stay—washer, dryer, beach chairs, a buggy, and a fully stocked kitchen. It’s spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with lots of storage and two modern bathrooms. The location is ideal—on a quiet street just five minutes from the beach, shops, and restaurants. We’ve stayed in Airbnbs worldwide, and this was one of the best. We’d love to return!

The apartment is perfect for 2 people, wonderful views of the beach and sea. Expansive blue flag beach, 2 min walk, many restaurants and bars nearby. Very well equipped kitchen. Welcoming host met us on arrival. The apartment is also very near to bus and tram stops so going to central Alicante is very easy. Nice shower too! Good communication throughout.

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with all the amenities and amazing view. 10 min walk to old town and all it has to offer. Beach just minutes walk. Included parking was great and secure. Host was super to deal with, personalized walk through of the place and all functions. couldn't be happier with our 1 week stay.

We had a lovely stay at this place! The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and located just steps from the historical city center, as well as close to the beach and other key attractions — perfect for exploring on foot. The hosts were exceptionally kind and responsive, and they even allowed us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. One thing to keep in mind: the apartment is on a pedestrian street that leads to a vibrant area full of restaurants and cafés. While it’s a fantastic location, there can be some early morning or late night noise from deliveries or trash collection. Also, due to a building directly across from the windows, the apartment gets limited natural light. Overall, it’s a charming spot with great hosts — we were really happy with this find!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit! Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und genauso, wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben. Wir waren vier Paare und hatten richtig viel Platz. Die Küche war top ausgestattet – perfekt, um selbst zu kochen. Besonders toll war die Terrasse mit dem fantastischen Blick aufs Meer – da konnte man richtig abschalten. Der Gastgeber war super nett und immer hilfsbereit. Alles in allem: absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder!
