Beach house vacation rentals in Alicante

What a wonderful week we've had at Villa L'Olla. From the minute we arrived (Josette let us check in at midday) to the last morning, we have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular, the pool area just perfect and the many seating areas around the garden allowed our group of six to have their own space. Josette was friendly and informative from the off - I could ask her anything and she'd get back to me immediately. The Villa is a five minute walk from the brilliant tram which takes you up and down the coast from Denia all the way to Benidorm. 10 minutes walk to the front and some really lovely restaurants and bars and an easy cab ride back up the hill. All in all, we LOVED it! A warm, rustic, comfortable house that embraced us for a perfect week in the sun. We would love to return.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The place was just great! It looked even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything was prepared and clean upon our arrival. The pool and outdoor kitchen are a real highlight. The sea can be reached in 2 minutes, and there are numerous good restaurants on the promenade. Malin's housekeeper was always available and had good tips for the area. Perfect for groups, each bedroom has its own bathroom. We felt right at home.

The house is very nice, definitely worth it! A car is definitely an advantage, as it is located on a mountain, but you have fantastic views! Hugues responds quickly and clearly to messages and questions, that was great. Thanks Hugues

The location is fantastic! Enjoying the first coffee in the morning with an unobstructed view of the sunrise over the sea is unbeatable. With a few steps you are in the sea, which is also wonderful. The only downside was that many others also wanted to enjoy this great and freely accessible location, and that also until late at night. Since we love to walk, we could walk to everything in Xabia from this house. For years, the Aqua on the beach has been our favorite restaurant, which is just 15 minutes away. The house itself is wonderfully traditional and thus stands in excellent contrast to the many apartments and houses on AirBnB that have been specially furnished for rent. However, the pictures are a bit older and in one place or another, repair work would be useful. But all in all, we had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back! Calm, clean ja cozy apartment for family holiday (2 adults and 2 children)😊 + pool area with shower and sunbeds+umbrellas + good beds + excellent air-con + well equipped kitchen, dishwasher + great wi-fi + small shop and tram stop quite near Stein answered all questions quickly and everything went well, thank you.

An excellent stay! The apartment in El Vergel exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for family travel. We went with our dog and a baby, and everything was designed to make us feel right at home. The area is peaceful, ideal for resting, and very close to the beach. The host was very attentive and kind at all times, always willing to help. We definitely recommend it and hope to be back soon.

We arrived by car on a busy Sunny Saturday, so did take a little while to find a parking spot. We ended up leaving the car just up the road in the public car park opposite the supermarket. No problems - very safe area. Gala the host was incredibly helpful and friendly, great communication and provided advice on the local amenities - always available. The house is lovely, immaculate inside and extremely well presented. Location was perfect. Restaurants on the doorstep and short walks to the centre, the port and marina, to the beach and to the castle. Roof terrace was lovely but a very hot during the day (maybe a sunshade would be good) - no complaints though! All in all a great experience and highly recommended.

Quiet accommodation with all the amenities to have a good vacation. It had everything you needed and Sonia was available for anything. Very friendly neighbors too. Highly recommended!

Paula was such a wonderful host. She was super friendly and gave ALOT of suggestions. We only stayed for 2 nights, but packed in a good amount of Paula's suggestions :) The home was a perfect location! We would gladly come back!

This home is stunning! Spacious, beautiful, old school with a contemporary twist. Very tastefully decorated. The location is perfect. Castle, beach and trams all on your doorstep. The hosts, Nahir & Alfie, go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. We had the best time and really didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend 👌🏻
