Apartment vacation rentals in Alicante

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Ich kann die Unterkunft einwandfrei empfehlen. Sie ist noch schöner in echt als auf den Fotos. Den Pool hatten wir fast immer für uns allein. Auch der Strand ist sehr nah und die Anbindung der Tram ins Zentrum von Alicante ist auch sehr gut.

Nahir and Alfie met us at the property and were really lovely people who made us feel at home right from the start. Their beautifully appointed apartment was a pleasure to stay in and the view from the roof terrace was awesome. Alicante was great with great food easy to walk around and a fabulous beach.

Our stay was amazing. The apartment was beautiful and the location was very central. The host was very responsive and even came to the apartment when we had an air con issue. He also booked us a taxi during the busy festival times, and made sure we got to the airport. We couldn’t recommend him and the apartment more, we will back! Thank you!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Florins Apartment! Alles war makellos sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und unglaublich gemütlich – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen: Die Küche ist nicht nur komplett ausgestattet, sondern hat sogar eine Wasserfilteranlage am Wasserhahn – absolut genial! Auch im Bad war alles da, was man brauchen könnte, bis hin zu Oropax. Die Ventilatoren und die Klimaanlage sorgen für ein angenehmes Klima, und die Waschmaschine war ebenfalls top. Insgesamt ein perfekt ausgestattetes und wunderschönes Apartment – wir bedanken uns herzlich und kommen gerne wieder!

Alicante apartment in the old town is a prime spot. Amazing views morning and evening and super close to eateries and bars. Well worth staying and a little different being carved into rock.

We had a lovely few days in this beautiful apartment. The flat is small but the perfect base for exploring Alicante, had everything we needed and everything had been beautifully thought of. Iris was so helpful and friendly, from sending details of how to check-in, to recommendations of places to eat, to a guide to the festival that was on during our stay. There are many restaurants within a minute’s walk of the apartment, and the beach is no more than five minutes away - we made use of the beach umbrella provided in the flat! Overall this is an amazing place to stay for a trip in Alicante.

A lovely apartment, looks exactly like the photos. In a great location in the old town and a short walk to the beach, a tram stop and airport bus stop. Great communication from Teresa and I really appreciated the flexible check out. I would definitely stay here again.

Bombastische Wohnung von A-Z! 🤩 Wir wurden trotz Verspätung super freundlich begrüßt, die Wohnung ist mega sauber und genauso wie auf den Fotos dargestellt! Hochwertige Einrichtung- super schöner Stil und dieser fantastische Blick aufs Meer- rundum perfekt. Vielen Dank, wir werden sicher wieder kommen 🙂

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Alicante! The location is perfect – close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The flat itself is beautiful, very modern, stylish, and spotless. You can tell it’s been thoughtfully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely love to stay here again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

Laura's place is from the moment you step into it an amazing nook with fantastic energy. Everything you might need is there. Located in a center of Alicante, it gave the feel of a constant buzz and center of happenings. Absolute 10/10.

Ramon was a great host! The place is beautiful and has great views , i liked the apartment set up . It has AC everywhere and was clean . He was super helpful and answered fast to every inquiry I had . I will deff stay here more often :) It exactly as described and looks like the pictures. Amazing stay!

Väldigt fint boende som har allt man behöver för en semester, grill, jacuzzi, pool och bra utrustat kök! Nackdelen med området är att det är kuperat och gångavståndet till stranden är kanske närmre 20 min.

Small but perfectly formed apartment with a stunning view from the balcony. Right on the front above the promenade makes it easily accessible to many restaurants in the port area. There is free parking close by which makes having a car easy. John was available before and during our stay to answer any questions we had. Would recommend this apartment for couples looking for a space in the centre of Javea port. Great week.

Fijn verblijf. Mooie en schone studio op een top locatie in de stad op loopafstand van het strand! Je voelt je veilig door het extra hek voor de deur. Helaas wel veel geluidsoverlast tot vroeg in de ochtend (in ons geval vooral door het volksfeest Hogueras, maar ook door de club tegenover de studio). Tot slot waren de hosts vriendelijk en dachten ze mee. Het guidebook heeft leuke restaurant tips.

Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. The view from the apartment overlooking the sea and Ifach was superb! Very clean and would certainly use this apartment again if in the Calpe region again. Thanks Sandra!

Wirklich eine tolle Wohnung, mit super Ausblick und Pool. Wie andere schon erwähnt haben, ist die Straße direkt vor dem Haus und ziemlich laut, aber man gewöhnt sich gut daran. Die Klimaanlage ist super angenehm, auch sonst eine gute Ausstattung. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern da und sind sehr gut in der Wohnung klargekommen. Gerne wieder!

Hana could not have been any nicer or more helpful. She arranged our taxi which was waiting at the airport and was there to show us the apartment. The accommodation is perfectly placed for the beach, bus and tram and if feel there aren’t enough restaurants in Muchavista then a 15 min walk or 3 min tram ride will take you to El Campello where you could find dozens more. Many thanks again Hana we will be back.

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with all the amenities and amazing view. 10 min walk to old town and all it has to offer. Beach just minutes walk. Included parking was great and secure. Host was super to deal with, personalized walk through of the place and all functions. couldn't be happier with our 1 week stay.

Fab studio apartment in a perfect location, close to everything. The terrace is a great spot to relax and take in the sounds of the street below, but as soon as you close the doors, it’s completely quiet inside. It was unusually hot for June when we visited, but the air conditioning kept the apartment really comfortable and cool. Carlos was quick to respond and very helpful. A great place to stay!

Great stay in Alicante! We had a wonderful experience staying at this flat, everything was exactly as described. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of Alicante, close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing at the same time. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The temperature was super easy to regulate, with aircon in every room which made coming back after a day out exploring such a treat cool and refreshing when it was so hot outside this week. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Jose Maria was responsive, friendly, and full of genuinely helpful tips and local suggestions that really elevated our experience. From great places to eat to hidden gems around Alicante. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our time here. Highly recommend this place!!

¡El ático de Maite es sencillamente un paraíso en la tierra! Impecablemente limpio, exquisitamente decorado y equipado con absolutamente todo lo que puedas imaginar para una estancia de lujo total. Desde el primer momento, Maite y Manuel nos brindaron una atención inigualable, cálida y desbordante de generosidad. Nos recibieron como reyes, con detalles sorprendentes que jamás olvidaré: bombones, vinos, y una hospitalidad fuera de este mundo. Cuando mi esposa enfermó, Maite se convirtió en nuestro ángel guardián, acompañándonos al hospital, esperando con infinita paciencia y asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfecto. Manuel fue un apoyo constante, llevándonos con una amabilidad desbordante a El Campello y luego al aeropuerto. La relación calidad-precio es una auténtica ganga para lo que ofrecen. Es imposible encontrar algo que mejore esta experiencia porque todo fue absolutamente perfecto, desde las vistas de ensueño hasta la tranquilidad sublime. Un oasis absolutamente perfecto.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez López. Il a été très agréable, accueillant e t toujours disponible pour communiquer rapidement et efficacement. Son sens de l’hospitalité m’a vraiment marqué. L’appartement était à la hauteur de mes attentes, confortable et p arfaitement conforme à l’annonce. J’ai beaucoup aimé l’endroit et je le recommande sans hésiter !
