Luxe Historic Mid City | Balcony | Streetcar+Cafe

AlisaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Our new favorite Mid City stay! Welcoming and inviting, beautiful architecture, mindful NOLA decor that is a mixture of modern/vintage/antiques, spacious and comfortable! Fun coffee shop just steps away on the corner. Safe neighborhood and relaxing to sit on the front porch chatting with neighbors who are also welcoming. We have stayed with Breanna and Nick a couple of times at other homes and they are the absolute best!!! Pretty sure we will only stay at one of their properties when we pop into town to visit our daughter - I feel like we are friends now :) Another great experience!

Uptown Funk! 10 beds, walk to Tulane & cafes

DianaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The house was so perfect, functional, comfy, and surprisingly accommodated nine people exceptionally well. We felt so at ease and happy that we could all fit so well. We loved the living room couch, multiple naps were taken there and it fit my two aunts side by side on one end! Just can't say enough how family friendly the house is. I felt closer to my family because it was an open concept; however, there was enough space between living and dining room to carry separate conversations. It was also really close to major attractions like Bourbon street, which was not as important for us this trip since tourism wasn't our main focus, but it was so easy to go for a quick jaunt into Jackson Square and Cafe Du Monde. The neighborhood seemed so safe, we all felt comfortable going out to our car late at night. And the neighbors were friendly. Also, with such a boisterous family I felt like we were able to still be ourselves. I'd definitely stay here again, we loved it.

Renovated Gem in Mid-City, Minutes to Bourbon St!

Patrick ChristianRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Very nice landlord, always easy to reach and was proactive in helping us. The apartment matches the pictures and is nicely decorated and very cozy. The location is fine, but it takes almost 45 minutes on foot to get to the French Quarter - you easily underestimate that.

Great Getaway minutes away from French Quarter

AnastasiaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as pictured, if not better. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks, toys and bowls for my pups and local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Such a charming house that carries the unique character of New Orleans. Location is excellent for those wanting to take advantage of the Frenchman St music scene and amazing bakery Ayu is right around the corner. Wish we could have stayed longer! And loved the special touch of having music playing on the radio when we walked in the door. Felt right at home.

Garden district beauty w/ gated parking

FrancisRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Truly amazing space for a visit. I stay in many Airbnb rentals and have stayed in a few in NOLA and this is among the best that I have had the pleasure to rent, and certainly the best in New Orleans. The first floor of the place contains the kitchen, dining and family rooms and a half bath. The second floor has three bedrooms and two full baths. Lots of space and charm. Spotlessly clean. Very quiet neighborhood and yet only a short walk to Magazine Street with plenty of great shops and restaurants. Karen was proactive, accommodating, and truly welcoming. She really made us feel comfortable and had great suggestions that improved our trip. It was great to know that she was nearby but by no means intrusive. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Colorful Historic Ursulines Home near FQ w/pool

BrandonRating, 5 stars5 days ago
An Amazingly Charming Stay in the Heart of New Orleans! This home perfectly captures the spirit of New Orleans. The exterior has that classic, historic charm I dream about when I think of the city, and the interior beautifully balances vintage character with modern comforts—those beds were incredibly comfortable! The original hardwood floors and thoughtful furnishings made it feel both cozy and stylish. Just a heads-up: this is a true New Orleans shotgun house, so the rooms flow one into the next with no hallways. It’s also a duplex with shared walls, so sound can carry—something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. That said, the charm and location more than made up for it. We felt completely safe walking to and from the French Quarter (just a 15-minute walk), even late at night. The hosts were responsive, kind, and made everything easy. I would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

LeoRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A group of my friends and I stay at Var’s place for Memorial Day Weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and the back deck was very comfortable. We were a quick 10 minute uber ride to the French Quarter which was very practical. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a great Airbnb in Nola!

King bed! Fun walkable area. Dogs! No pet fee!

SoniaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
One of the highlights of our trip to New Orleans was selecting Angela’s house. It was a joy to stay in a neighborhood that gave me the feeling that I lived in New Orleans. It was the small treats of sitting on the front porch, watching locals walking their dogs and riding their bikes plus exchanging greetings with all that passed by. If you didn’t want to stray far from “home” there were a multitude of excellent restaurants in very close proximity. Above all, was Angela’s house. It was comfortable, furnished tastefully, fully equipped kitchen and quiet. Add to that winning combo was Angela. The perfect host, attentive to helping with anything you needed. Highly recommend staying here.
