Located in the heart of Algiers Point, you can’t go wrong with Jim & Charlena’s place. They’ve done a wonderful job of curating the property to feel welcoming, bright, and comfortable. We felt right at home upon walking into their pristinely clean space. In addition to the property itself, Jim & Charlena were communicative hosts. Attentive but not imposing, we always knew we could reach out to them and receive timely and informative responses. All in all, we have nothing but positive things to say about our time here. We highly recommend Jim and Charlena’s place for anyone seeking a peaceful refuge, with quick access to all the action NOLA has to offer.

The apartment was a perfect location for our planned activities in New Orleans. Jesse (& family) were welcoming and caring. The space was perfectly appointed and had every amenity one would need. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

This space is private and the atmosphere is beautiful. It’s a classic shotgun with charm and plenty of space for two people! It was an excellent reprieve from the party lifestyle of the city, abs the neighborhood is super walkable—lots of cafes, great food, and beautiful shady streets.

I had a great time staying at this cute little place on Algiers Point. It’s located a quick walk to the Ferry and the neighborhood is colorful and welcoming. Perfect place to lay your head when you want to go to New Orleans without staying directly in the city.

David’s place was clean and comfortable. Everything seemed brand new. Easy access to the building and the unit. Everyone was friendly. David checked in on our stay a couple times to confirm we had everything we needed. Much appreciated. Location was great. Close to restaurants, museums and the trolly (fun to ride to all the sights!) Andrew was a very nice host and the apartment felt clean, safe, and private. It was only a couple minute walk to the trolley which we took into town each day, which saved us the hassle of renting a car. Would stay here again!

Had a lovely stay at Thomas' home. He was a great host, providing many great recommendations. He was also the most responsive host I've ever had! The home was just as the pictures described, very clean and comfortable. The area was walkable, close to a bus stop and streetcar stop, and very close to some delicious restaurants! A lovely weekend away in this beautiful home! So full of character and very comfortable with everything we could have needed. Great location and walkable into the French Quarter along the river if you’d like a stroll. Couldn’t have asked for a better base for our first time in NOLA.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Clayton's place. It is in a great part of the Bywater, across from our favorite Bywater watering hole and 200 yards from my favorite breakfast in NOLA (Alma). While the area is vibrant and alive, there was no noise in our bedroom at night. Very reasonably priced - especially during Jazz Fest - and plenty of parking on the street.

Lovely 2 Bedroom Airbnb. Comfy beds, great kitchen, quiet and well situated. Walked to multiple restaurants, the River; easy access to French quarter. Loved our stay in the Bywater.

I love the Bywater area, and it was so easy to walk to all the quickly local spots. Also, Ubers were cheap if you wanted to venture farther since the place is centrally located. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a lovely stay! Really enjoyed the pool, and the place had everything I could need.

The place was exactly as it was described. It’s small but perfect for visiting New Orleans because you’re not there very often. It was very cozy and convenient. It only took around 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter when walking. We didn’t even get a car because we were able to do everything from this location. There was a coffee shop right across the street that was really good. A small market is a block away. There are also shops in the French Quarter so if you need groceries, you can get them there. The communication was excellent. They made sure to give prompt instructions on how to get to your place. We had a great time. Thank you.

I had a really great time in the home & close to everything I wanted to get to

This location caters to bachelor parties and other large gatherings. I was anxious about trying to find a place to sleep 20 people close to the center of New Orleans, but this ended up working perfectly. There is a pool, hot tub, and grills inside the property making it great to hang out before heading out for the night.

The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience!

This place was super cute and looked just like the pictures. Very clean, and felt very safe as a single woman. Great area, a few steps from Magazine, and walkable to many cute shops and restaurants. Carter was quick to respond, kind and professional. It was a great weekend visit to New Orleans, and would book with these guys any time I'm in the area. Thanks again Carter for everything! Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. Thank you so much!

My husband and I had a really wonderful and memorable stay, thanks to Ian, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, offering genuine hospitality and even took us out on our last night in New Orleans (during Jazz Fest), which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The space itself is definitely more of a lived-in space; cozy but a little cluttered. That said, the unit is bigger than the photos lead on. There is a bonus sink/vanity right outside of the bathroom, that was certainly a plus for us when getting ready for the day/night. The location is ideal, walking distance to grocery stores, street cars, buses, and GREAT restaurants; at the same time the apt is remote and away from any street noise. We did run into an issue with the shower temperature and Ian fixed it right away. If you're someone who values a warm, local connection over a super polished space, this is your spot! Ian's hospitality is next to none!
