Beautiful view of the coast. Great outdoor space. Large patio with chairs to relax. Please be advised the property is at the end of a 2 km dirt road that can be a little more rough than I would have liked so maybe plan your car accordingly. Otherwise a great place to stay very well worth the price and would very highly recommend.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem gemütlichen und sehr sauberen Haus. Genau die Ruhe, die wir gesucht haben, konnten wir hier finden. In der Umgebung gibt es nette Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, ruhige und schöne Strände sowie einen kleinen Laden, in dem man alles Nötige bekommt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Manuel – er war ein toller Gastgeber, der uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt hat und jederzeit erreichbar war. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans une villa, ou tout est prévu pour passer de bonnes vacances. Logement très bien équipé. Beaucoup d'ustensiles dans la cuisine. Une très grande terrasse Dans un environnement à la campagne, avec des arbres fruitiers dans le jardin, nous avons pu en profiter A 10 minutes des magasins, plages et restaurants Nous remercions les propriétaires et carlo qui a toujours étaient là pour répondre à toutes nos questions pratiques et touristiques. Logement que nous recommandons fortement +++

Wir waren als Familie in Ugos Unterkunft. Die Lage nah an den Klippen bietet tolle Aussichten. Das relativ kleine Haus war sehr sauber. Ein Auto sollte unbedingt dabei sein, unmittelbare Ortschaften mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants erreicht man sonst nicht. Für Ausflüge in den Norden oder Nordwesten ist die Lage optimal.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einige Restaurants in der Nähe, welche gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Die zwei Balkone sind ein echtes Highlight und auch sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Chiara hatte viele tolle Tipps für die Umgebung und war immer gut zu erreichen. Wir würden immer gerne wiederkommen :)

Wunderschöne Lage auf den Hügeln hinter der Costa rossa. Unser Sohn liebte das spielen im Garten, bei Sonnenuntergang auf der schattigen Terasse war das Abendessen ein Genuss. Vogelgezwitscher, sonst kaum Geräusche. Tolle Strände in naher Umgebung. Martina war sehr gastfreundlich. Mit google translator ging auch die Übersetzung auf Deutsch. Wir können die Unterkunft herzlich empfehlen.

Très bon séjour : nous avons été très bien accueillis, le logement est très propre et la vue très agréable. Je recommande.

Tolles Apartment für zwei Personen, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super, in direkter Nähe zum Strand, Bars und Restaurants.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Stephanie’s villa. The place had everything we needed – a lovely pool, a barbecue area, and a fully equipped kitchen. At first, we were a bit worried about not being close to the beach, but just a 10-minute walk from the villa there's a stunning viewpoint on a cliff where you can watch the sun set into the sea – absolutely magical! The pool water was still a bit chilly during our stay, so we didn’t use it much, but that didn’t bother us. One thing to note: guests are expected to take all their trash with them when they leave. It wasn’t an issue for us, just something to be aware of if you haven’t encountered that before. Overall, a great experience!

A house that feels like a home. The house is beautiful, has a warm interior with beautiful furniture, and kitchen with everything you could want. The very large surrounding gardens are very private with lots of biodiversity and there are so many activities. The surrounding villages have many super markets and the restaurants serve authentic food. We would love to come back

Saras Villa ist ein großartiger Ort, um mit der Familie oder Freundin eine gute Zeit zu verbringen. Das Grundstück und unglaublich groß, genauso wie der Pool. Im Inneren der Villa gibt es sehr viel Platz, sodass es ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder. Was nicht zuletzt auch an Sara liegt, die eine tolle Gastgeberin ist.

Wir haben 10 Nächte Anfang Oktober in Micheles Villa verbracht. Das Anwesen ist wirklich fantastisch. Das Haus ist in zwei Etagen unterteilt. Erdgeschoss: große Wohnküche mit Esstisch für 8 Personen + Sofabereich. Vordergarten mit überdachtem Tisch für 8 Personen + Couch-Landschaft. Daran grenzt eine große Rasenfläche an. Außerdem gibt es im Erdgeschoss ein Gäste-WC mit Waschmaschine/Trockner sowie zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad (1x Dusche, 1x riesige Badewanne). 1. Stock: zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad + kleine Küchenzeile. Der 1. Stock ist über einen separaten Eingang nur über draußen erreichbar. Im Hintergarten befindet sich ein großer Pool sowie der Grillbereich mit nochmals einem Tisch. Der Hintergarten kann von vorne aber auch über die Schlafzimmertüren im Erdgeschoss erreicht werden. Haus ist sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht. Michele super erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil: in Nebensaison recht wenige Restaurants offen und bei uns viele Mücken.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Castelsardo und genossen die wunderbare Aussicht von Bett und Balkon. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Zwieback, Marmelade, Tee, Gewürzen, Kaffee etc. Auf Fragen erhielten wir immer ein schnelle und freundliche Antwort. Für den privaten Parkplatz ist ein Auto kleinerer Größenklasse angebracht, wir haben es aber sogar mit einem SUV hinbekommen. 😁 Empfehlung: Unbedingt die nette Enoteca nebenan besuchen!

M&G are great hosts. We had a lovely time at the apartment in Capo Falcone. We really felt at home, the covered area and the garden meant we permanently lived outdoors only coming back inside to shower/sleep. There are some great walks , recommend the one to the Torre Falcone (although you need to be fit to go the direct route) and the views to La Pelosa and the islands behind from the apartment and close by are breathtaking. We miss the simplicity of Stintino and Sardinia and we are already planning another 3 weeks in 2026. Thank you for being lovely hosts. Bar close by has snacks and simple meals of high quality at reasonable prices (music and views are great). Shopping in Stintino a 10 min drive away.

We stayed at this house for a weekend with a group of six friends and the experience was excellent. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and the layout allowed us to enjoy time together as a group while still having privacy when needed. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to all our questions, which made our stay much easier. We would definitely recommend this place to groups looking for comfort and a great stay.

Eva, Marco e Milly renderanno il vostro soggiorno indimenticabile, è proprio come stare a casa di amici di lunga data. Sono gentilissimi e disponibili, la casa è molto comoda, il terreno intorno rilassante e le colazioni deliziose! Siamo stati veramente benissimo e torneremo per esplorare ancora di più.

The house is incredibly cozy and stylishly decorated, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed for cooking, which made it very convenient to prepare meals. There's plenty of space, and you can choose to dine at the large table in the kitchen or enjoy your meal outside. There are several lovely terraces to relax on, and the view from the second floor in the evening is breathtaking – the city lights create a truly magical scene. The surroundings are beautiful and very well-maintained, adding to the overall charm of the place. The arrival instructions were very clear, and communication with the hosts was smooth and easy. We were warmly welcomed with wine and a selection of food, which was a truly thoughtful and generous gesture. Marzia made us feel warmly welcome and comfortable right from the start. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Highly recommended!

I visited for four nights in September and can definitely recommend this apartment. It is located right in the centre of the old town, and communication with Georgio before and during my stay was excellent. Georgio and Valeria were on hand for any queries, they were very friendly throughout and provided very clear instructions regarding check in, how to find the apartment, and where to park (as the apartment is in a “ZTL” zone). In my case, as I was arriving by public transport, they were helpful in providing guidance on trains and were flexible in meeting me in the early evening to check in. The apartment is on the second floor (no lift as it’s an old building), it was perfectly clean, well equipped, very spacious, and seemed safe and secure. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and living room (which I didn’t need at this time of year), plus all the windows had insect netting. It was also very quiet outside of the normal opening hours of the restaurant below (after about 22:30)

Abbiamo passato 4 giorni nel periodo di Capodanno nell'appartamento di Maria. L'appartamento è nel bellissimo centro storico di Alghero, in una zona molto tranquilla. Maria è stata molto disponibile e fin da subito molto reattiva nelle comunicazioni con noi. L'appartamento corrispondeva perfettamente alle foto e alla descrizione, ed era pulitissimo e in ordine. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene, e se dovessimo ricapitare ad Alghero ci piacerebbe tornare in questo splendido appartamento. Thomas e Valentina

Wir wurden von Giuseppe und seiner Frau sehr herzlich empfangen, die beiden sind sehr liebenswert :) Obwohl wir kein Italienisch und Giuseppe kein Englisch sprechen, haben wir uns dennoch Recht gut verstanden und haben auch gute Tipps für die Region bekommen. Wir haben uns im Haus gleich heimisch gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind einwandfrei und in den Außenbereichen konnten wir auch sehr gut die Zeit genießen. Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen, ebenso die historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Strände. Die Neptun Grotte ist ebenfalls in fahrbarer Distanz, ebenso fanden wir die Strecke nach Stintino (Ausflug nach Ansinara) machbar (keine Bergstraßen). Insofern war das für uns ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.
