Family-friendly vacation rentals in Alghero

We had a great 1.5 weeks as a family with 6 adults and 4 children in this beautiful accommodation. The contact with Jean Charles from the time of booking to the last day we left home was excellent. Jean Charles is a great host, thinking along, responds quickly, super friendly..in short a real host. The accommodation itself is full of comforts and even a lot of extras that make your beach visits or pool days extra relaxed. There are even toys available for children and games for when you want some entertainment in the evening. We will definitely come back here!

We stayed here for 8 nights as 2 couples. It was so comfortable and joyful. We worked remotely for 2 days, the internet worked fine for all of us. Giusy was so helpful, we tried all of her suggestions about beaches and restaurants, all of them were perfect. She was available all the time, she replied immediately to our questions. The pool is big enough and clean. The garden is huge and peaceful. It is better to have a car to go to the beach and to Alghero.

We would really recommend this airbnb. Sandro and his wife are very warm and welcoming people. They provided a map of the area and Sandor made considerable time for us to provide us with tips. Their garden is really lovely with a nice pool and places to sit.

We had a pleasant stay, quiet, without disturbances given the end of the season (end of October). The semi-detached house is as described in the listing. Warning, few shops are open during this period in the "Costa Paradiso" area, but it's not disturbing with organization.

Daniele's awesome; he gets back to you super fast, and his tips for the area are amazing. 👍🌟🔥 The place is really nice, all secluded on a hilltop. 🏞️🏡 It's cozy and well-furnished, the kitchen's great and works perfectly, and the Wi-Fi and TV are flawless. We really enjoyed the time at his Place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars, for sure. 💯🎉

The host was super helpful throughout the stay giving advice on what to visit and how to get around. The house is very nice and well-kept and with everything you need for your vacation. The town is not on the sea but you can easily reach it with a 10-minute drive, it is also in a location that makes it easy to visit different cities by moving a little. In general, highly recommended as accommodation if you want to take a vacation in these areas

We rented the apartment mainly because of the jacuzzi and the view. We weren't disappointed here! It was just a dream to start and end the day in this one. The temperature of the hot tub in April at 20*C air temperature for us was absolutely fine and not too cold for us and the 37*C of the hot tub was kept for several hours. Absolutely positive to mention is the friendly proactive nature of Christian, which definitely makes him a Superhost. His tips on which beaches and restaurants we should visit made this holiday unforgettable, as we were able to visit the breathtaking highlights of the area in a short time! Thanks Christian! excellent solution, good price, it is in a quiet area, just what I was looking for.

We felt right at home, the environment was extremely welcoming and well cared for. An oasis of peace and tranquility with the noise of the sea in the background. Very spacious and perfect spaces for both a couple's or family's vacation or one with friends. Giuliana and her husband were extremely helpful and welcoming to us. I really enjoyed the experience and would love to do it again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay in Alghero at Candida’s apartment. The location is perfect right inside the old town with great shops, bars and restaurants within a few steps including seafront restaurants 3 mins walk away. The apartment was in a beautiful historic monastery building with a lovely rooftop terrace and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Candida was super helpful with lots of local recommendations which we tried and were always great. She was also very responsive with any enquiries or extra requests we had during our stay. We would highly recommend the apartment and hope to return in the future.

Angelo and Matteo were amazing hosts! Always available and very helpful. They help us in the Check In. We went with my in-laws and it was spacious, clean and so comfortable the house! The decoration are lovely! It is close to Alghero and Sassari, many things to do around it between boat tours and hiking!

Manuel was a great host , giving us good information on local stuff to see, would have done more of it if we had more time. Future guest should know that the succa market in Palmadula is very well stocked , but you might drive by it like we did because it’s behind the farmacia, and the sign is faded from the great amount of sun they get there. It was interesting to read and learn about the towns mining history, hopefully we can make it back in the future. Thanks again Manuel🙏🏼

We had a great week at Caterina's place. The view is amazing. The apartment was small but comfortable and efficient. Everything worked well. Caterina and her husband are very pleasant.

Beautiful location on the hills behind the Costa Rossa. Our son loved playing in the garden, at sunset on the shady terrace dinner was a pleasure. Birdsong, otherwise hardly any sounds. Great beaches in the vicinity. Martina was very welcoming. With Google Translate, the translation into German also worked. We highly recommend the place.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Stephanie’s villa. The place had everything we needed – a lovely pool, a barbecue area, and a fully equipped kitchen. At first, we were a bit worried about not being close to the beach, but just a 10-minute walk from the villa there's a stunning viewpoint on a cliff where you can watch the sun set into the sea – absolutely magical! The pool water was still a bit chilly during our stay, so we didn’t use it much, but that didn’t bother us. One thing to note: guests are expected to take all their trash with them when they leave. It wasn’t an issue for us, just something to be aware of if you haven’t encountered that before. Overall, a great experience!

We had a great vacation in the beautiful accommodation, very accommodating host, the house is great and the area is ideal for many nice excursions in the north of the island. We can recommend the place and would be happy to come back, thank you.

We were very kindly and openly welcomed by Gianfranco. He gave us a tour of the residence and took the time for a friendly chat. Throughout our trip, he was always available for questions or tips, and we could go to him for extras we needed – such as a large bread knife, for example. The accommodation itself is exactly as shown in the pictures, but we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is in real life. Ideal for four adults! Everything was neat and clean, and the location is wonderfully quiet. The pool is a real plus! The location is also great: just 15 minutes' drive from Alghero Airport and a perfect starting point for exploring other towns on the island. We only did the northern part of the island. Highly recommended – thank you Gianfranco!

Sara's villa is a great place to have a good time with family or girlfriend. The property and incredibly large, as well as the pool. There is a lot of space inside the villa, so there are plenty of retreat options. The villa exceeded our expectations and we will certainly be happy to come back. This is not least because of Sara, who is a great hostess.

We had a delightful stay at Elvira's house. It's a beautifully designed house in a quiet spot in the hills with incredible views. It has lots of nice al fresco dining spots, a really nice pool, table tennis, and 4 good sized bedrooms. The sun room near the pool is also great - our kids enjoyed playing in there with the various toys and games that they found. We ended up spending two of our days just at the house all day as we liked it so much. We ended up parking at the bottom of the path for most of the stay as I found it more comfortable than driving up the steep path each time, though we did take our Nissan Juke to the top of the path on the night we arrived. I'm sure plenty of people are happy to park at the top, but you have both options. Elvira was very friendly and welcoming, having met us when we arrived to guide us and give us a tour of the house. We had everything we needed and had a really relaxing and enjoyable week at the house - I'd definitely recommend it to others!

WE HAD A VERY GOOD WEEK. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. A VERY SMALL DRAWBACK TO FIND THE ACCOMMODATION WHEN ARRIVING. OTHERWISE, THE HOST AND THE ACCOMMODATION DESERVE 5/5 WITHOUT HESITATION.

We stayed in this apartment for two nights during the autumn holidays, with two children (5 and 7). Maria Grazia was a great host. She showed us the apartment personally and we immediately felt comfortable in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, we were also allowed to use beach equipment of the apartment. A supermarket and bar are nearby. The pool was no longer in operation at the beginning of October, which was also communicated to us before. For this, the children could play on the nearby football field and also on the tennis court. The apartment and is well located for a trip to Castelsardo. We would come back.
