Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Alghero

Claudia End Gregor's place was lovely. It was very homely and spotlessly clean and very peaceful, probably down to the time of year that we visited. The little things like various condiments and containers to use to go to the beach were very handy. We ate in every evening, due to the local produce being so fresh and nice and to just soak up the sunsets which were beautiful. Great place thank you

The house and the large garden are a real paradise! There are great places to relax, it's super quiet and the sunset is phenomenal. Very good amenities, there is really everything you need. We were even able to harvest some fruits and herbs from the garden. The contact with Annarita was excellent and always fast both before and during the trip. The proximity to Alghero and to many beautiful beaches, hikes and the coastal road is an absolute plus. We would recommend a stay here and will definitely come back sometime.

Manuel was a great host , giving us good information on local stuff to see, would have done more of it if we had more time. Future guest should know that the succa market in Palmadula is very well stocked , but you might drive by it like we did because it’s behind the farmacia, and the sign is faded from the great amount of sun they get there. It was interesting to read and learn about the towns mining history, hopefully we can make it back in the future. Thanks again Manuel🙏🏼

Massimo welcomed us with a big smile, local wine and some delicious home-made Sardinian pastries. He was very flexible because we changed both the agreed check-in and check-out time more than once and this was no issue. The house was extremely clean. You stay in part of a 2-family house and he lives next door but respected our privacy at all times. The house is surrounded by a very well maintained garden with many beautiful flowers and lots of amenities for families with children. We slept very well because the neighbourhood is very quiet. The house is centrally located between many places to visit but you will need a car. Massimo was very forthcoming with suggestions for things to do in the area.

The property is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood – in the evening it is very quiet, during the day you can hear some street noise. The balcony was perfect for eating comfortably in the evening. The location is great: beach, restaurants and hiking are within easy reach. The apartment is well equipped (parasol, candles, spices) – everything you need. The homemade olive oil was a real highlight! We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

A very special memorable stay in this quaint village of Sennori. A wonderful authentic experience. Enriched more by some comfortable interaction with Cristina. Sharing some of life’s stories. Beautiful! 😍🤩 And a good base/location to explore the northern coast from.

Modern apartment, perfectly located with great views

We had an amazing week staying at Barbara’s!! The accommodation was very comfortable and in a great location. There are lots of beaches within walking distance (including one literally across the road) and the lovely beach Maria pia which is only about 10 minutes walk away. We also walked into the old town most days, which is a lovely stroll along the seafront and only takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Barbara gave some great local restaurant recommendations which were much appreciated and all so close by. Would highly recommend a stay in Barbara’s place!! We hope to be back very soon. The only issue would be if someone had issues completing stairs from a mobility perspective as there is no lift.

Veronica's place was as charming as the images. It is located on a beautiful piazza where we had our caffe everymorning before venturing out. The location is ideal as you are right in the piazza which gives the trip a very local flavor. The apartment was very comfortble, clean and had comfortable beds. It also has an amazing shower!! Although other guests have commented on the noise from the piazza at night, we only heard it lightly, once, and it felt like the noises of a charming Italian village. This is a great choice for anyone wanting a special experience!

We liked the apartment, but the garden is the highlight. Beniamino is quick to respond, we had everything we needed.

The apartment is clean , tidy, large balcony, well-equipped. Very close to the beach , we met pinched fish here. Two large supermarkets in sight. Bus close. Francesco responds quickly. Good value,recommended.

Gabriella’s place was one of my favourite places I have rented. The check in process was very easy and clear instructions were provided. The place itself is beautifully decorated and very well furnished. They even bought a park n play for our baby girl, which was so nice! And there was a high chair provided. The place really is 3 minutes walk from the Beach, which was great with a family. The hosts provided great recommendations for restaurants which we really appreciated. They were also so thoughtful and knowing it was our son’s birthday they bought him a gift, which was a beautiful surprise. Honestly, I wish we had stayed there even longer and I hope to come back one day. 100% recommend

As soon as we arrived at Damiano's, we felt right at home! Damiano was waiting for us and took the time to show us around the accommodation. The place is beautiful Modern, well-equipped, comfortable and IMMACULATELY clean (word of a very selective girl in terms of cleanliness). We enjoyed the magnificent terrace overlooking the sea every day for breakfasts and late afternoon aperitifs. All the amenities in the accommodation work perfectly (AC, electric blinds, TV, shower, etc.) For those wondering if the location is far from the historic center, it's really good on foot (beautiful 20-25 min walk by the sea). Every evening we took the car to get closer to the historic center (4 min max by car) and it was super easy to park nearby. One of our best Airbnb experiences, our only regret is not staying longer. We'll be back!

Ideal location for staying in Alghero, beautiful location in the old town. Restaurants and bars all within walking distance and a local bus which goes to all the really nice beaches close by. Would highly recommend! Hosts were great and responsive with any questions we had

Sparkling clean, great bed, functional kitchen, balcony in front and back and inventory has been thought of everything (even a beach umbrella). Quiet apartment building with friendly neighbors. The apartment is an excellent base to explore Alghero and its surroundings. Within walking distance of a beautiful beach and a boulevard that leads to the center of Alghero. Here you will find a cozy center with restaurants and shops. A visit to Fertilia (walk along the beach) and Bosa (reachable along a beautiful coastal route) are worth it or take a walk in Parc Rifugio di Mare with an unforgettable view of the sea. very nice apartment, clean at the end nothing to criticize , very complete with everything you need, only one thing to consider is located on a third floor 65 steps to climb and it is not explained in the main body of the description, with which I did not see it.. I found it later at the end of the page tour in the security sector of the building, climbing with suitcases with backpacks without an elevator is a little heavy or mention if you forgot something in the car

Great apartment, located in the heart of the old town, on a quiet street, the apartment is small , for a not very long stay it is perfect. Very comfortable beds.

Caterina was super responsive before and during my stay. The check in process was smooth and the private parking in the building is a huge plus. The fresh cherry basket added a nice personal touch. The apartment is centrally located and just a short walk from the beautiful and bustling promenade, grocery stores, many restaurants and bars. Her place is a wonderful base to explore Bosa, La Pelosa beach and such. She provides all the beach essentials including a mat which is mandatory in La Pelosa. Her restaurant recommendations are spot on and we had two wonderful meals at the nearby Alguer Mia. The kitchen is well stocked and we ate most meals in the huge patio. One thing that was a huge surprise was the cappuccino machine. We had bar style cappuccino every single day and loved it. If I'm in the area again, I'd gladly stay at her place. Highly recommend!
