Excellent service and great comfort

All I can say is wow. This has been the best AirBNB experience I’ve had. Lore and Mayte were so kind and helpful. The communication was top notch. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and with kindness. Lore provided local restaurant and nightlife recommendations that were top notch. The home was impeccable. It was so clean. The beds were comfortable. The AC blew cold. And the pool, how we miss that pool. Such a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Cancun. As I mentioned earlier this was the best experience I’ve had in this app. Our entire group agrees they want to stay at this location again once we return to Cancun. I cannot recommend this place enough. If it’s free and you’re looking for a great home with great hosts, book it!

Where to begin! The pictures don't do it justice. Amazing Villa/apartment. The guards very helpful and attentive, clean big spacious and the AC worked great! Just loved it

We had a wonderful stay at Cedric and Nayeliy’s place! The house is spacious, comfortable, and located in a beautiful, peaceful area. Everything was clean and well-prepared for our arrival. Communication with our hosts was excellent, they were always quick to respond and flexible, which made everything even easier and more enjoyable. We felt right at home and truly appreciated the little details that made the stay so pleasant. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to. Highly recommended!

Great place. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Gorgeous area. Will definitely come back. It’s a three story building so be ready for the stairs. I missed that while booking so it was a surprise to me.

Casa hormiga was so welcoming! Beautiful place, super clean and the location is great! Roberto is an amazing host, super friendly and very responsive! We had the best time at the place and it’s truly a hidden gem! All the amenities were very useful. I definitely recommend this place!

Carolina and Hector’s place was absolutely PERFECT!!! My family and I felt right at home! The location was very safe, private territory with security and close to everything. The house has EVERYTHING! In addition to all the necessities, there were a lot of games, pool and beach accessories, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, floaties, towels, etc. Literally ANYTHING you might need to elevate your stay. The beds were super comfy too! I worked remotely and had a lot of long zoom calls and the internet was super fast and never cut out. Carolina and Hector were the best hosts ever! Super responsive, accommodating, attentive and flexible. They addressed every matter immediately and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was flawless! Can’t wait to go back to this gorgeous house!

Amazing!!! We had a blast great memories the family will share. The rooms upstairs are really well separated so it provides a sense of privacy for the families staying together. Host was amazing !

Hard to describe how magical the shell houses were! Each house was incredible and unique, filled with thoughtful details and artistic touches. Miss Vanessa was amazing and helped arrange many things to celebrate my birthday including a private chef. Our group of friends loved the stay, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend, it’s dreamy!

Overall very nice stay, airbnb is as advertised. Great for a couples trip, location great if you prefer quiet with some options. Beach down the road beautiful. Local mart for laundry to drinks(alc&nonalc) and snacks. Tours nearby if you’re looking for that. The property was very secure which I liked and only about 20 min from airport. Overall great stay, definitely appreciated the water provided. Great references for authentic food! We got a massage before check out by a new local business near the jetski business very nice!Locals pretty friendly for the most part.

We really enjoyed the days we spent at the house, the children's pool is the perfect space for my whole family. Ana was very kind from the day we arrived. She solved any questions immediately. We would return to this beautiful house without thinking twice.

The house was beautiful, I spent a weekend with friends and children…. We had an amazing time, we fell in love with the place, the pool, the incredible rooms, the truth is a beautiful experience, we would definitely come back... the natural baths were not an impediment to enjoy and have a good time. The location of the house is primo! We found the family environment safe and a perfect way to experience the island culture. We will definitely visit again!

Daniela was an excellent host! She had excellent communication prior to our arrival and during our stay. The Airbnb is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with security and local restaurants and Walmart nearby. Travel to the hotel zone was easy as well- about 25 minutes. We felt comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!
