Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Alexandria

Great rental for our extended family. Loved the hot tub, large tv, large kitchen - plenty of room for us to spread out.

A wonderful family weekend. Even though the weather did not cooperate, there was plenty to do inside with some fun arcade games and foosball table. Very spacious kitchen, dining and living room. Lots of bedrooms and plenty of beds. If the weather were nice we would have loved the volleyball, dock & boat!

Our family of five really enjoyed staying at Mike’s cabin over New Year’s. The space was perfect for our three kids and they loved playing in the lofted space and going up and down the spiral staircase. We enjoyed playing games, watching movies and just spending quality time together in this cozy space. We also enjoyed watching the ice houses and people driving (really sliding) around on the lake from the living room window. Such a quiet and beautiful spot on the lake. We’ll have to come back in the summer months to enjoy playing on the lake. Thanks for hosting us!

We had a really lovely stay here! The space is gorgeous and the sunset over the lake was stunning every night. Plenty of room to space out, as well as nice communal areas for dining together or watching a movie.

A high quality place to relax for a few days by water. Very nice and lots of beds for a big group. Tom was very responsive, informative, and helpful if needed. Would recommend.

Great stay! Place is very clean and comfortable, and in a nice area. Easy access to all of Fergus. And Steve and Sarah are fabulous hosts. Would recommend to anyone!

Just had a wonderful weekend at Dan and Catherine's house in Alexandria. We were 10 older folks there to bike the Central Lakes Trail, and this was very convenient. I can't find any fault with our hosts or the accommodations. The house was spacious. Each of us had their own room, and the two bathrooms was adequate for what we needed. There is a really nice patio with a table that seated everybody, and fire ring where we sat on evening for a campfire, and a large dining table indoors. Everyone agreed it was a great place to stay. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty to do indoors, but we didn't take much advantage of it because the weather turned spectacular so we mostly stayed outside. Highly recommend these hosts!

We had an absolute blast! The location is beautiful and worked well for our group. The hot tub and sauna made up for the cold & windy spring weekend we had! Hosts were very friendly and accommodating for our group.

Great place and we will definitely return in the future. Trisha & Chris are kind and very hospitable. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Beautiful, peaceful location but just a short drive into town. We look forward to our next visit!

Plenty of space for our quick visit to Alexandria. Location was close to many restaurants and a quick drive to Carlos Creek Winery. Very nice furniture, linens, and towels. My kids would like to come back to use the fire pit and hammock since we couldn’t due to rain. We would stay here again.

We had a nice relaxing stay on the lake. We had family nearby so we didn’t get to spend as much time at Louis’s place as I would have liked. I think that I would have enjoyed getting the kayaks out on the lake.🙂

Our stay at the Beehive Resort was wonderful. The lakeside location, Lorena's spectacular gardens and the lovely unit we used were even better than we expected. Our hosts, Lorena and Louis were so friendly and helpful. We hope to return next summer!

I have stayed at Bee and Paul's place (both upstairs and down) five times this year, and each time has been incredible. Both places are comfortable, clean, welcoming and filled with everything you might need and then some! I love this house and can't imagine staying anywhere else in Fergus Falls. Everybody is incredibly responsive, it's easy to check in and out, and the neighborhood is among my favorite places to walk. Just can't say enough about this house and these hosts!

Bee and Paul’s was very beautiful to stay at. The scenery was amazing and the hot tub was perfect for the night we utilized it. They had very great communication and Paul was really helpful with every question we asked. We went there for a bachelorette party and their recommendation list provided was a great guide to local restaurants. Location was great as it was private yet a larger town was only 15 mins away in case we needed anything. Thank you for having us!

My daughter and i have stayed at another one of Debra's properties a couple years ago and loved everything about them! Decorated so cute! Thank you Debra!

A beautiful yard and unique cabin, peaceful place

We enjoyed our family Memorial Day weekend so much! It was perfect for our family: 2 grandparents, 4 adults and their 4 kids! The nice weather was a plus and no bugs! Host and hostess answered questions quickly! We would love to return!

We took a long weekend for family and Karin was so responsive up to our checking in, she was an absolute delight to work with! The home was clean, neat, tidy, and just what we needed for the entire weekend getaway There was nothing we needed with a party of 6-She has literally thought of everything you could need for a delightful stay!! Karin was extremely flexible and communicated right away! We can’t wait to come back!!! 5/5… would highly recommend!!

Great tiny home! BREATHTAKING VIEW! there was wonderful private yard space to the left of the house. Just, absolutely relaxing! Our stay included a venture to see the Trolls in Detroit Lakes. The Trolls are not exactly close by, it was like 30-40 minutes away. But we knew that going into it and didn't care. There were three adults on our stay and we're all adorably plump. I just mention that because the 2nd bed is on a loft and some folks might be afraid but we felt safe after getting over minor fears of heights. I highly recommend this location!!!

Nicki’s place was lovely. She made us fell welcomed when we walked in the door with a sign, note and treats to welcome us! She had so many cute touches. She had snacks and everything you need in the kitchen. The bathrooms had all the supplies you needed and a cute spot where she had supplied the little things you may have forgotten, like extra tooth brushes etc. The location was perfect right on the lake with a peaceful beautiful view. Many spots in the yard to sit and enjoy the view of the lake. We enjoyed the fire pit area. We used the dock for our boat and were able to do some fishing. She has lots of fun games to use inside on a rainy day or outside yard games. The only con for me is the beds are bit on the hard side. Other then that we loved out stay! Thank you Nicki!

We had such a great time! We were a little nervous about being far from a major town, but didn’t miss it at all. We had great weather and so much to do on the lake, but even if it rained the house was well stocked with games. In fact, the house was stocked with pretty much everything…hair ties, Q-tips, everything needed to cook in the kitchen. I realized there wasn’t a dishwasher and the next second open the cupboard to find a stack of paper plates and was so happy. It’s like the host thought of anything that could possibly be needed to make this stay as comfortable as possible. We had such a great time, so much fun, kayaking, and fishing. We saw amazing stars, had a great bonfire right in front of the lake. Highly recommend!

Karey's place felt like our own private winter lodge. It snowed a ton while we were there and we were happy (as was our dog) to stay in and watch the snow fall through the big windows. We made full use of the hot tub, gas firepit, electric fireplace, gas stove, kitchen, and guitar. Bed was also very comfy. Terry came by to snow blow and brought by a couple scones :). Thank you for a wonderful stay.
