Located in the heart of Alexandria this house is minutes from everything while still having a country feel- you will not find more stunning views. Spacious and beautiful Alexandria home

This home is set up like a duplex with owners occupying the top (we do have 3 young children) and guests having full, private access to the bottom half. Guests are given a private garage and back yard that includes free firewood. Private entry gives access to over 2,200 sq ft of private space that includes a semi-four seasons room with gas fireplace, laundry, and full kitchen. Close to the bike trails, beaches, mini-golf and many more locations. We're happy to answer any questions you have!

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

Lakehome easy to find. Smooth check-in. Plenty of parking with 4 vehicles and a boat. The place is neat and clean with comfy beds/linens. We love the deck on the 2nd level,it has beautiful view if the lake. We have everything we needed. It was a fun, memorable weekend. We will definitely comeback. Highly recommend!

I don’t think you can find a cuter cozier place to stay. Especially in mid winter in Minnesota. The house was the perfect place for my 7 year old daughter and I on our little girls weekend. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown shops & dining. Clean. Adorable decor. Comfortable beds. Kristen was an incredible host & checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. My only complaint was that we didn’t get to stay longer ☺️ highly recommended and we will definitely be back!! 💖

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s cabin! It is extremely clean and peaceful. Our family enjoyed fishing, kayaking, and relaxing on the patio. We hope to be back next summer!

Nice location and we were able to check-in early, host offered it even, plus the place was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and had a great view of Darling. There were quite a few dragon flies, hopefully they can get some more birds or even bats around to help with that. Otherwise, no complaints and we'll look to stay again!

We stayed for our yearly guys fishing trip for the 2025 walleye opener. The place had plenty of space and beds for 7 guys comfortably. Tom was very responsive and provided house how-to guides to help ensure a great stay. I highly recommend staying here for a larger gathering or family getaway.
