We just completed our second stay at Jennifer’s lovely lakeside retreat. As we were packing up I was wishing we had booked for two weeks instead of one. The place is immaculate, well-stocked, tastefully decorated and so so peaceful. Jennifer communicated extremely well and it’s clear that she puts immense thought into the experience of her guests. Absolutely love this place!

House was just what we needed for the large group of Veterans we hosted foe a turkey hunt. The fridge is small for large groups; however, we made it work. Beds were comfy and plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, cups, glasses, and utensils.

I was hoping to find a place near water that would accommodate four families and allow some local relatives to come and visit. The Diamond Point Lodge totally surpassed my expectations! What a beautiful place with great waterfront! Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed themselves in or out of the house. We didn’t leave the property, there was so much to do! We all felt lucky to spend a wonderful weekend with each other in this incredible place! Thank you!

Beautiful getaway in north central MN. The fall colors over the lake were breathtaking and the cabin was the perfect retreat for a group of friends. Spent nights around the bonfire swapping stories. Would definitely recommend. Ev was so responsive and very pleasant to communicate with, too.

Spent a week at the Otter Tail Resort and really enjoyed our time! The property is beautiful and well-maintained, lots of open space for the kids to play, beautiful cabin (#11) and soft, sandy beach with lots of boats to rent, paddle boards to use for free and shallow entry for kids to play and swim in the lake. Owners have created a fun story/scavenger hunt for the kids which was the highlight of our trip. It's also close to Glendalough state park which was a fun getaway. Would definitely return!

Magical!! It was a surprise 3 day weekend for my daughters, both in their early 40s. I am in my early 60s and let me tell you it brought out the kid in us!! They were ecstatic when we pulled up and even more so when they got inside :) We didn't turn a tv on once the whole weekend except for our last night to watch a movie together. Two hours of tv in a 3 1/2 day weekend says a lot!! The treehouse lacked nothing!! Even surprised with farm fresh eggs :) And Clara and Willa, the dogs sweetly greeted us too!! Even soft water and good drinking!! Jill and Joan are the PERFECT hosts!! And there are so many special touches and treasures to keep finding. This will be a core memory for my daughters and I :) We will definitely return!! If you have a bigger family the Wizard Treehouse is exceptional too. We were able to view while we were there. Regardless of your age, if you want an unforgettable, magical and perfect experience this is the place to be!! Simply amazing all the way around!!

This place was awesome. A group of 10 of us stayed and had a great time hanging out in the very private location. The log cabin was very cool. The hot tub was massive was able to fit everyone comfortably. Unfortunately it was negative 6 degrees the entire time we were there so we couldn't use the fire pit outside but it was perfect for hot tubing, hanging out inside and playing games. There was a couple of cool towny bars closeish that we stop at on the way up but once there didn't feel the need to leave. We went hiking down the frozen river for 2 of the days and it was very cool. The way down to the river is a little steep so highly recommend good boots. We went slow but everyone felt comfortable getting down there. The other recommendation is to plan ahead with meals cause it about a 20 min drive to the nearest grocery store. We made all of the our meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed for utensils and kitchen stuff. The 3 full bathrooms was clutch. The group said mult

If you are looking for a place for lots of people and lots of outdoor space, in typical Minnesota style, this is it. Couldn’t have asked for a better outfitted kitchen. The beds, pillows and linens were comfy. Opportunities for privacy in the extra cabins. Old school charm of a vintage resort. Hosts were absolutely so responsive and helpful with everything.

Great experience and location for a getaway! Hosts were very accommodating with an earlier check in and later check out time. Very proactive with snow removal (it snowed overnight and driveway was plowed and area around our cars was shoveled before we even woke up.) Gorgeous cabin with great amenities. Massage chair was such a hit with our group, as was the hot tub and provided hammocks. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay with an awesome environment we had absolutely no issues! Only thing for us was a misunderstanding on my end when I booked it on air bnb, it says you can bring up to 12 guests but we had 2 people who had to sleep on the floor. I’d say it fits 10 adults very comfortably with people sharing beds something I should’ve just looked more into!!

The cabin had lots of thoughtful details and more than everything we needed. There were a good range of bed options for us to choose our preferred mattress firmnesses. We appreciated the homey feel, all the nice light, and the lovely outdoor spaces to hang out. The lake seemed particularly clean and good for swimming. It was a truly relaxing place for a little fall retreat, and the hosts were flexible and generous. I hope we can stay again some day!

My Wife and I loved staying at Kristin's cute cabin. We has success fishing (nice panfish, one 14" bass) off the dock, and finished with a nice campfire. Cabin was cozy and easy to adjust temperatures if needed. The privacy was really nice allowing our 2 dogs to not be stressed out, and they could get all their sniffs out. Would recommend this cabin to anyone, and we would stay again!

Great place to relax for the weekend.

This lake house was amazing! Super spacious with tons of room both inside and out to relax and hang out. The views of the lake were absolutely gorgeous!! The house had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out without ever feeling crowded. Lisa was awesome, she was really responsive and easy to communicate with. She made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. Overall, just a perfect spot for a laid-back, relaxing getaway. Would 100% stay here again

This worked great as a jumping off point for fishing the area lakes. I highly recommend.

We are so glad we stayed here for a birthday celebration weekend. The scenery is private and tranquil, with diverse birds singing a beautiful symphony all day, and convenient lake access to take a swim or paddle a kayak. I felt myself relax after being there only a few moments. I would come back in a heartbeat. Our dogs loved the lake access and spotting the wildlife, like chipmunks. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need for food prep and cooking, and there were more amenities available than I've grown to expect from short term rentals. If you're considering a stay here, do yourself a favor and book it.
