From this apartment you have easy access to everything Ålesund city center has to offer. It is located on the 4th floor without an elevator, so be prepared, here the buttocks will get a workout. And if there are not enough stairs, the 418 steps up to Fjellstua are just a stone's throw away. If you take another direction, the city's best restaurants and great cafes are nearby. On the idyllic Sæbøneset farm lies "Gamlehuset". With panoramic views of the majestic "Sunnmørsalpane" lies the farm that has been in the family for several generations. Sæbøneset farm is located in Hjørundfjorden in Ørsta municipality. "Gamlehuset" is centrally located on the farmyard, and is equipped with all the amenities you need. The courtyard has no through traffic. The farm is located close to the sea and has its own harbor, boathouse, campfire area, etc., and is within walking distance to Sæbø center.

Cabin at Fjellsetra, Sykkylven

Spacious cabin with great views and hiking terrain right outside the door. The cabin is located near the ski resort (ski in/ski out) and nice prepared cross-country trails and floodlit trails are just nearby. The area also has great hiking opportunities on foot. Fjellsetra is a good starting point for many nice mountain trips in summer and winter. It is also a good starting point for a day trip to Geiranger and Ålesund. In the summer you can also fish in Nysætervatnet (must buy a fishing license).

The house is located 35m from the parking lot in sloping terrain. Small sandy beach and common barbecue/outdoor area nearby. 400 m to Sæbø center with grocery stores, niche stores, hotels and campsite. Motorboat can be rented at an additional cost, floating jetty 50m from the house. Please let us know before arrival if boat rental is applicable.

Here is a sauna and wood-fired hot tub with sea water that can be rented and enjoy the tranquility and nice view of the Hjørundfjord. There is also a private harbor with the possibility to rent a boat. Price per day: 16 ft 15/20 horsepower NOK 600 plus petrol. 18 ft 30 horsepower NOK 850 per day. Gasoline is in addition to what the customer uses. Life jackets can be borrowed. All boat rentals are at your own risk
