The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It is newly renovated in 2024 and is consistently bright and modern. To the south you have a lovely roof terrace with good sun conditions and great sea views. The kitchen has what you need, as well as a wine cabinet. The living room is airy and modern, with a round dining table seating 4 people. The master bedroom has a 180 bed, TV on the wall and walk-in. The guest room has a 150bed and a wardrobe. In the bathroom it is bright with combined washing machine/dryer.

The apartment belongs to a part of our unique city villa, with a separate entrance. We are an adult couple living here, which makes the rental part a peaceful apartment with a quiet atmosphere. The apartment is nice for both singles, as well as up to 2 couples.

My place is good for couples, single travelers, and business travelers. Can also fit a small family. (Extra mattresses). You have the entire 66 sqm apartment to yourself. The apartment is located 10-15 minutes from the city center. It's on the third floor, with windows offering views of the fjord and mountains. There is also balcony. Next to the house there is kindergarten where children can play after 17:00 o’clock. This apartment is a great location for exploring Ålesund and just a short 10-15minute walk to the centrum, shopping, bars and restaurants.

Here is and eiga harbor with a possibility to rent a boat. price per day 16 feet 15/20 horses 600kr plus gasoline. 18 feet 30 horses 850 NOK per day. gasoline is in addition to what the customer used. here are life jackets that can borrow. All rent of a boat is at your own responsibility
