Charming Holiday Home with private spa located in Laghe and Roero, an oasis of real relaxation where you will therefore be the only guests. The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.

On the hills surrounding Asti, just 3 minutes from the city center and just a quarter of an hour from the Langhe you will find “ Villa Belvedere”. It is situated on the top of the hill in a green acacia woods. The house is composed by a large living room with an old billiards, a fully equipped kitchen ,three bedrooms, two communicating with a large bathroom with shower and hydro massage and the third with a private bathroom and a patio.

My place is good for couples, sole adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets).

The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator). Check-in from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. checkout before 11:00 a.m.

The area is limited traffic so you can park your car on the Lungoticino Sforza or in Corso Garibaldi which are about 300 meters away and reach the house on foot. Very quiet. Being on the street floor and in a condominium context, noises are possible
