There is additional sleeping space in the villa comprising a camp bed and on coach bed. There are 2 bathrooms. Linen, towels, and are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Earlier checking and checkout is possible, contact the owner directly. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is free parking on the premises and parking facilities available at the property. - A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use. OBS! The Dishwasher is not working for now. Update will be posted. - Pets are allowed at the property. Please keep it clean and do not allow them to be on the bed considering other guests. - Please Clean after you, try to wash the used bed-lines and towels if you have time otherwise just put it in the bedroom.

Welcome to our newly-built peaceful house with adorable views, the house is secluded. Nature creates peace and harmony. Large terrace with evening sun and also terrace for breakfast in the morning sun. Perfect for lovely days/evenings outdoors. Swimming areas for different lakes are nearby. Swimming in the sea about 30 minutes. Gothenburg 30 minutes by car or commuter train 20 minutes from Nol station 5 minutes by car. Mushroom, blueberry/lingonberry picking as well as hiking opportunities/nature reserves are very close by. Nearby is disc golf.

Or rent a boat & go out to one of the 60 islands that Lake Mjörn offers. In the garden, there is a sandbox, swings, slide and large trampoline. There are bicycles to borrow, close to the beaches for swimming.
