Perch and pike are in the lake, no fishing license is needed. Bohusleden, a stone's throw from the cottage. The nature area Svartedalen offers hiking 20 minutes to swimming by the sea.

Lysegården's golf course is next door as well as Svartedalen's nature reserve.

The house has a big old, secluded garden with no insight where you can enjoy the sun from early morning to sunset with several terraces and a big roof balcony. Apart from nature all around, our rural village is reknown for the mix of authentic charm and modern commodities. All photos you see are max 10 min walk from the house.
