It is situated in an idyllic setting overlooking a stream in the North Yorkshire countryside, 4 miles from the small market town of Malton. This is an extremely peaceful place, entirely surrounded by fields. The cottage is semi-detached with a quiet neighbour next door. The cottage can accommodate 4 adults, a child and a baby, in two double bedrooms (king beds) and a smaller room with cot and toddler bed.
