Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Alcudia beach

We really enjoyed our stay in Kisten's beautiful house. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 people and a small child. The garden with the pool area and the outdoor kitchen were the absolute best but the whole house is fantastic. Robbie, who looks after the house and garden, was nice and helpful and we are super happy with our trip.

L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione, isolata come piace a me. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di piacevole relax. Jaume è stato sempre reattivo e cordiale. Un ottimo rifugio nel quale tornare sicuramente. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata, ma è sufficiente fare attenzione e non si corre alcun pericolo di rovinare la macchina. FORTEMENTE CONSIGLIATO

Our stay at Isra's house was fantastic—everything was as described and even better! The fully equipped kitchen, spacious living rooms, and plenty of bathrooms made it perfect for our group. Two rooms have air conditioning, and one has a powerful fan that worked great. The outdoor area is stunning - larger than the photos suggest - with a beautiful swimming pool and a charming pond. The BBQ setup was perfect for evenings. Being surrounded by nature added to the experience, though do be prepared for bugs and mosquitoes. A delightful surprise was the friendly cats and kittens that hung around, making our stay even more special. They aren’t part of the property but added a lovely touch and we loved sharing the house with them. Isra was an exceptional host, always easy to reach and quick to respond. I highly recommend Isra's house and would definitely stay here again!

La casa es preciosa: cómoda, práctica y decorada con mucho mimo, con un patio súper bonito. Se nota el gusto y el cariño en cada estancia. La responsable de todo esto es Cati. Ha sido una anfitriona excepcional; ha estado pendiente en todo momento, nos ha aconsejado actividades y restaurantes, entre otros, siempre con una predisposición y una amabilidad de 10. En definitiva, ha hecho posibles unas vacaciones muy bonitas, con ratos de relax y también con mucha actividad, yéndonos con la sensación que hemos aprovechado mucho los días. Volveremos seguro!

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage , konnten entspannen und die Ruhe genießen, zugleich war man schnell in einer Stadt für Besorgungen. Die Finca ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat fast alles. - von Netflix bis zu einem süßen Bad. Zum absoluten Glücke fehlten nur zwei größere Gläser - also ein Luxus-Problem😎 absolut empfehlenswert!

La casa de Miquel y Rosa no sería tan buena si ellos no fueran los dueños. Tuvieron la amabilidad de esperarnos incluso llegando tarde por un retraso de nuestro vuelo. Fueron cordiales y dejaron muchas cosas en nuestro recibimiento. La casa brillaba de limpio (creo que jamás habíamos estado en un Airbnb tan limpio). Es cómoda y espaciosa para una familia (nosotros éramos 4 adultos y dos pequeños niños). Con respecto a la ubicación, es cómoda para caminar a la zona céntrica de Can Picafort, y a 3 minutos andando de la playa. En caso que te muevas por toda la isla como nosotros, está a 200 metros de la carretera que te lleva a muchos otros lugares de Mallorca. Se puede aparcar en la puerta (al menos durante Junio, no sé cómo será en temporada más alta). Definitivamente volveremos y recomendamos enérgicamente este alojamiento. Todo perfecto! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The grounds are absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful atmosphere to relax. The kitchen in the main house was exceptionally well equipped — we found everything we needed and more, which made cooking very enjoyable. All the rooms were equally comfortable and maintained a consistent, high standard, which we really appreciated as a larger group. A special thanks to Galina, who was always incredibly responsive. No matter what time of day, she replied promptly and was very helpful with any questions or needs we had — it truly made our stay even more pleasant. We really felt that nothing was missing. One small thing to be aware of: the property is located directly under a flight path, so planes do pass overhead regularly. It didn’t bother us a lot, but for very noise-sensitive guests, this might be something to consider in advance. Overall, we would highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

The photos look great, but this place is even more stunning when you arrive. The apartment was lovely and spacious, the balcony view is simply stunning and you have everything you need on the doorstep. The host was great for recommendations too

Lovely apartment. Great living space. Fantastic roof terrace. Location nice and quiet. Fiona was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

Tolle, familienfreundliche Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist leicht zu finden und der Empfang fühlt sich, trotz unserer mangelnder Spanischkenntnisse, herzlich an. Die Wohnung hat eine riesige Garage, in der sich etliche Spielsachen für kleine Kinder befinden. Außerdem gibt es eine große Dachterrasse, auf der man liegen, essen, grillen, etc kann und man Blick auf das Meer hat. Die Wohnung ist generell sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet. Die Küche recht neu und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß. Rundum: man fühlt sich sehr wohl! Bis zum Meer sind es 2-3 Gehminuten, bis zum nächsten Sandstrand ca. 10 Minuten. Der Weg zum Strand an der Promenade ist wunderschön.

We are very satisfied with our visit. Antonia did her best to address all our issues and questions. She is super dedicated to her clients. The apartments were very comfortable, all as described in the offer.

Sehr ruhige Lage. seitlicher Meerblick. Vor der Tür war immer ein Parkplatz frei . Auf dem großen Balkon konnten wir wunderbar entspannen, waren aber auch schnell am Strand. Gekühlte Getränke lagen bei unserem Eintreffen im Kühlschrank bereit . Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Die Kommunikation war super die Besitzerin spricht fließend deutsch. WLAN lief super deutsches Fernsehen ist möglich aber wer will das schon wenn er aufs Meer schauen kann. Gerne wieder.

Trevlig lägenhet i ett bra område. Tyst, fin pool, rent och välstädat. Kök bra utrustat. Mycket bra läge, nära restauranger, strand och cykeluthyrning.

Mein Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend – dieser hat immer schnell auf meine Nachrichten geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was wir benötigten. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal – in nur 10-15 Minuten waren wir in der Stadt. Alles in allem eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich definitiv weiterempfehlen kann!

Really nice place. Be careful with taxis's and the address. My fault - I don't know there are lots of number 75s! Pay attention to the photo's provided - I didn't ;( Very close to the end of Pine Walk - just off it but very close. Everything was really clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a nice weeks break.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön. Der Ausblick und die Sonnenuntergänge sind atemberaubend. Das Haus ist auch nicht hellhörig was super ist vor allem wenn man mit Kindern reist. Die Betten sind groß und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas großzügiger sein, aber war auch überhaupt nicht schlimm. Es waren nicht genug kleine Schüsseln, große Löffel und auch Weingläser vorhanden. Einmal wollte der Gärtner um 10 Uhr auf dem Grundstück die Hecke schneiden, als wir ihn baten zu gehen hat er sehr nett reagiert. Das Haus ist ansonsten auch super gelegen, man kommt überall sehr schnell hin. Ein großer Pluspunkt war auch das man noch das aufheizen des Pools dazubuchen konnte. Das Wasser war somit im Mai sehr angenehm zum schwimmen. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

A beautiful Finca very well presented and extremely well equipped. The pool is clean and warm and the accommodation was great. Importantly, the beds are all very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and even provided us with a delicious breakfast one morning. We would have no hesitation in going back there.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle und schöne Woche in dieser schönen Villa . Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Villa super sauber und toll ausgestattet . Der ganze Außenbereich übertrifft alle Vorstellungen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen wollen und können diese wundervolle Villa nur jedem empfehlen. Wir sind immer noch ganz begeistert. Vielen lieben Dank !!

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is fantastic and in a really peaceful and relaxing setting, and Valeria was a pleasure to deal with. Would certainly book again.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Villa. Die Grösse ist perfekt und die Ausstattung auch ideal. Sie ist schön eingerichtet, ohne grossen Schnickschnack. Die Lage hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Nähe zu Port Pollença, Pollença, Alcudia und Port Alcudia war super mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants. Trotzdem ist die Villa sehr ruhig und privat gelegen. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Barbara hat super funktioniert. Einzig der Check-out um 09:00 Uhr haben wir sehr früh empfunden. Wurde dann doch noch etwas stressig vor der Abreise. Aber dies kann man sicher im Voraus mit Barbara besprechen und anders abmachen. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit und die wunderschöne Unterkunft!

Am liebsten würden wir zehn Sterne vergeben – noch nie zuvor hat uns ein Ferienhaus so verzaubert. Der Abschied ist uns wirklich sehr schwer gefallen. Das Haus ist in jeder Hinsicht perfekt: ein romantischer Garten, ein traumhafter (beheizbarer) Pool und eine von Sylvie, der herzlichen Vermieterin, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete, stilvolle Innenausstattung. Wir mieten oft über Airbnb, aber selten funktioniert alles so reibungslos – von starkem Wasserdruck über optimal temperierbares Wasser bis zur außergewöhnlichen Sauberkeit. Auch die Küche und die Bäder lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der Gärtner sorgt regelmäßig für einen gepflegten Garten, der Pool ist makellos. Das Haus liegt im landschaftlich besonders reizvollen Norden der Insel, mit dem Mietwagen oder Taxi ist man in 5 Minuten in Pollenca oder Port Pollenca und auch Palma ist in 45 Min. erreichbar. Das Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Schönheiten der Insel zu entdecken. Wir empfehlen Pont Petit von ganzem Herzen!

The Villa exceeded our expectations. The pool was enormous and the highlight of our stay. The house was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The grounds were vast, peaceful, and private, providing a truly relaxing environment. Miguel and Sebastián were fantastic, offering a warm welcome and a thorough tour upon arrival, and they were very accommodating with our delayed arrival. They were always available to answer questions and assist us promptly. Can Picafort is a charming town with a beautiful beach, plenty of shops, and numerous restaurants and ice cream parlours. The Villa was also conveniently located for exploring other local areas of Mallorca. This Villa was perfect for our family holiday, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Very highly recommended!!

Die Finka und der Pool waren makellos, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man sich wünschen kann. Die Lage war perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber: Sie waren unglaublich freundlich, kommunikativ und haben sichergestellt, dass unser Aufenthalt reibungslos verlief.
