Vacation rentals with lake access in Alcudia beach

Spacious apartment in a perfect location. Across the street from a lovely beach and near other amenities, yet still quiet and peaceful. A great place for a group of friends or families to stay.

We spent almost a week there. The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The house itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our kids had a fantastic time. Thank you for being such a welcoming host Pablo, both of you :)

Alicia is a very nice and kind host, her house is really good located, in a quiet area in front of a lake and 5min max from the beach. The room and the house are also very clean. I would highly recommend

We were eight people, and the house was just right for our needs. Area was peaceful, and within reasonable walking distance from the beach. Antonia was very helpful, and the couple who met us were very friendly. Altogether I can recommend this place.

Nothing was missing. Well-equipped kitchen. Barbecue set available in the garden. Quiet neighborhood at this time of year. Nearby attractions available.

We are so glad we chose Rosa's place. There were 4 of us staying and the house had plenty of room. It's in an incredible location just across the street from the quietest part of the (amazing) beach. There are alot of amenities close by, grocery stores and restaurants. The back patio looks over the lake, making for wonderful meals outside. Communication with the host and her son was excellent. They were very responsive and gave us great local suggestions. The home was very clean and had all the things you need for a self catered stay. There was even water and beer in the fridge on our arrival. Garbage bags, soap pods and detergent were all on hand at check in. It's these small touches that separate a good place from a great place and this place was fabulous. The house is very well appointed well kept and you could feel the love and care Rosa and her son Toni put into this place. I would highly recommend staying here if you come to Mallorca and are looking for a place to stay.

This villa is lovely definitely 5 star for attention to detail and cleanliness we will be booking again.

It was just the perfect place to stay. Great location, beautifully furnished, didn’t want to leave we just loved it. Two seconds to the beach and such a wonderful location.

Beautiful apartment. The terrace is fabulous great views and a sun trap even in December. The apartment had everything we needed, close to everything, and did i mention the amazing view? I could sit there all day. Perfect.

Our stay in the apartment went very well, nice place, lovely view, and close to many shops and restaurants. The only "disadvantage" was that the residents or vacationers were a little noisy in the corridors of the building in the morning and it echoed a lot in the room, but it's a detail and does not detract from the strengths of this apartment, we recommend it! Thanks to the hosts for their availability and very clear instructions.

My family and I loved our stay. Joanna was extremely responsive and a great host. Location is just across the road from the beach, and close to cafes and supermarkets. House is old but has everything you need. The only slight fault we had was the very limited supplies provided (no salt, oil, sugar), and wifi was a little patchy in some areas of the house. But otherwise we loved it and highly recommend Joanna’s place.

We stayed a few days in Joan’s apartment and we really enjoyed it! There was enough space for 2 couples with a baby and the outdoor space is also huge. From the rooftop terrace you have a great view over the square and you can enjoy the view over the water and the sunset. Additionally we enjoyed the table tennis in the garage area. The apartment has everything you need and also a lot of extra towels etc. Joan was also really responsive and gave good tips for the surroundings 🙂

Beautiful apartment, very bright, ideal for a family with children. Shops nearby and you can walk to the beach. Parking under the house Very happy with our rental and recommended.

JC’s place was even better than expected! His was one of the nicest places we have stayed on our trip to Spain. Very comfortable and he is very thoughtful in the things he provides in the apartment.

great apartment to spend a great family holiday with two young children. the residence as well as the pool are welcoming and the beach is very close. the apartment is super well equipped, you can find everything you need. the hosts are adorable. nothing negative.
