It was an amazing experience with the host and the place.

Located centrally in Madrid, Diego’s place was so easy to explore and get everywhere. He checked in to make sure things were good and the door lock system was super easy to work with. The place itself is beautiful and I loved hanging by the window and doing a bit of work or reading while people walked by in sunny Madrid.

Carmen is the friendliest host we have met so far, she offered us breakfast before leaving the place, she was very accommodating in late check out. We loved talking to her, and her place was very cozy and convenient to us. It was at walking distance to train station, and a major bus stop which will take you anywhere in Madrid.

Perfect place to stay if you're wanting to explore the city. Is very central and within walking distance to everything. Great views of the city too

Perfect for Families & Remote Workers! This was my second stay, and I truly love this place. The host, Enric, is fantastic—very responsive and attentive to every detail. The accommodation is spotless, functional, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It’s quiet and exceptionally secure, which made it the perfect environment for my daughter to study for her final exams and for us to fully relax. We stayed at Victoria’s place for a week, and it felt like a home away from home in Madrid. The apartment is beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail—if you’re into interior design, you’ll appreciate how thoughtfully everything is put together. The theme is colorful and vibrant, even the kitchenware is in playful candy tones, and there’s a lightbox that says “Confitería” (which means candy shop in Spanish) Every piece of furniture is carefully chosen and blends well with the overall aesthetic. The apartment is newly renovated, spacious, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Great lighting, comfy bed, strong water pressure, and even a mid-week towel refresh. It was perfect for working remotely and relaxing. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to great restaurants and tourist spots. Even though the area is lively, the apartment itself is really quiet. We had a wonderful week at Victoria’s place and would absolutely recommend it!

A very enjoyable house. For families, groups or even business meetings, as was our case. Very comfortable mattresses, nice sheets, spacious bathrooms and powerful showers. Well-built fireplace and barbecue and wonderful pool, with ramp entrance to lie down. The house is very practical and was equipped with all those little things you need to spend a few days. Salt, spices, toilet paper, gel, a good hair dryer, cloths and cleaning supplies, etc. Everything designed so that you don't miss anything. Enrique, the host, was very friendly. We hope to come back, thank you so much for everything!

We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

Excellent stay, very clean, very well-equipped, perfect air conditioning. Great location, very close to the subway. It met all expectations!! And Carmen is a very good host, she answered our questions very quickly, very loving and understanding.

It is a detached house attached to yours, which conveys a great sense of home, autonomy and comfort. We were 4 adults and it was perfect in terms of space and amenities. I would just like to point out to future guests that it has low ceilings and door frames, but it is not overwhelming at all, in fact it has a lot of natural light. Of course, if we return to this northwest area of Madrid, we will leave it marked in favorites. Thank you Agustín!

Everything is great!

We have passed a great bridge. The house is amazing and the children have really enjoyed the garden and especially the chickens. Too bad the weather prevented us from using the pool, which looked spectacular. I highly recommend staying here.

Pino’s place was great for the week my partner and I stayed in Madrid! It has an amazing location so you can walk to everything. There is an elevator which made it easy to move the luggage up and down. The wifi was fantastic, my partner had to work a bit so that made it super easy. The apartment had everything we needed, and Pino even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks! Pino was also very flexible with our check in as we arrived early in the day which was very appreciated! One thing I will mention is that it was loud at night during the holiday we happened to be there for (Constitution Day) but was quiet the rest of the week. It didn’t bother us too much as we had ear plugs! We highly recommend staying here!

This is a great listing. It is in an amazing location, with public transportation and restaurants. Also they had everything I needed for my extended stay. Mirelis is a great host, she was very helpful with everything I needed.

Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.
