It was an amazing experience with the host and the place.

Great location. No parking but you can drop off and park around the corner. Top of the street there is a plaza and restaurants. Up and then down to the left is a bigger plaza. The palace is about a 15 minute walk. You have to go to the rooftop bar at Riu Hotel. Incredible. 10 minute walk.

Carmen is the friendliest host we have met so far, she offered us breakfast before leaving the place, she was very accommodating in late check out. We loved talking to her, and her place was very cozy and convenient to us. It was at walking distance to train station, and a major bus stop which will take you anywhere in Madrid.

Perfect place to stay if you're wanting to explore the city. Is very central and within walking distance to everything. Great views of the city too

Perfect for Families & Remote Workers! This was my second stay, and I truly love this place. The host, Enric, is fantastic—very responsive and attentive to every detail. The accommodation is spotless, functional, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It’s quiet and exceptionally secure, which made it the perfect environment for my daughter to study for her final exams and for us to fully relax. We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

The accommodation, the furnishings, the comfort and reliability offered by the facilities both inside the cuchibus and outside, excellent. The attention and importance to details defines the hosts. We'll be back for sure.

A huge, clean villa with total privacy and all possible amenities from air conditioning to a whirlpool in the pool. In addition to a barbecue, ideal for a large group like ours. Both Ruben, the host, and his mother were very friendly and helpful at all times, clarifying all the questions we had. We will definitely repeat next year. Highly recommended.

We have passed a great bridge. The house is amazing and the children have really enjoyed the garden and especially the chickens. Too bad the weather prevented us from using the pool, which looked spectacular. I highly recommend staying here.

Pino’s place was great for the week my partner and I stayed in Madrid! It has an amazing location so you can walk to everything. There is an elevator which made it easy to move the luggage up and down. The wifi was fantastic, my partner had to work a bit so that made it super easy. The apartment had everything we needed, and Pino even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks! Pino was also very flexible with our check in as we arrived early in the day which was very appreciated! One thing I will mention is that it was loud at night during the holiday we happened to be there for (Constitution Day) but was quiet the rest of the week. It didn’t bother us too much as we had ear plugs! We highly recommend staying here!

This is a great listing. It is in an amazing location, with public transportation and restaurants. Also they had everything I needed for my extended stay. Mirelis is a great host, she was very helpful with everything I needed.

Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay with Liron, who is a fantastic host very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. You can truly feel the spirit of Madrid the moment you step outside the door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and exploring the city. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need.
