I loved staying with José, now in summer it is appreciated to be able to sleep in a room with air conditioning and also with a double bed and everything at a price of 10. José is super nice and you can see that he does everything in his power to make the stay magnificent. If I go back to Madrid, I would definitely stay with José again

Manuel and Mari Paz are very attentive and very friendly hosts, they respect personal space and if you need help with anything, they gladly help you. The place is nice, cozy and very conveniently located with respect to facilities, such as the subway and places to eat or other needs. If I ever visit Madrid again, I would go back to their place, they made me feel right at home.

I was greeted by Santiago on time, he gave me the keys and showed me the most important things in the kitchen, the bedroom... He also gave me directions to go places by foot or by car. I thought it was cool to have a more private access for me and the bathroom for me in the room. Although we didn't see each other much during my stay, Santiago was always available to me by phone. Maria, her partner, is also a sweetheart. I'll definitely be repeating again.

The room was very clean, Olivia was always attentive, her dog is a sweetheart, she is very polite. There are banks and restaurants nearby, but it is a very quiet and safe area. The subway is two blocks away. I felt right at home.

We went to Madrid for work and study reasons and it was a total success to choose Ruben's accommodation. The room was very large and we really appreciated having an area with a sofa and table to work and study. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom inside the room is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and is great. The area is super well connected to the areas we had to go to. Rubén was a charming host, he provided us with all the information about the arrival in advance and explanatory videos, he asked us all the time how we were, he let us use his garage to leave the car since we arrived late, he made us feel at home. Without a doubt, if we have to return to Madrid, we will choose it again.
