In Aldwincle village 5 miles from the historic market town of Oundle. Beautiful recently converted bright space with open plan well equipped kitchen, dining and living room with a woodburner. Great country walks and a nature reserve within five minutes. A pretty enclosed garden with patio and a view of the church. Two bedrooms with comfortable Hypnos beds, one king size bed, the other has twin beds. Off street parking for 2 cars. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome but not to be left alone.

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

Our beautiful town centre is a 15 minute walk which includes plenty of independent shops, restaurants and pubs all based on the flow of the Great River Ouse. Bus stop within a 5 minute walk to travel into the centre of the historic city of Cambridge or Huntingdon both with train stations with direct links to London, Peterborough & more.
