L’appartement « PEPITO », d’une superficie de 40 m², comprend : - un salon avec poêle à bois, télévision et un ventilateur de plafond, ouvert sur la cuisine tout équipée : gazinière, hotte aspirante, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur-congélateur, grille-pain, presse-agrumes, Nespresso. - une grande chambre à coucher avec un lit double (140 x 190), 2 grandes armoires avec grands tiroirs, 2 tables de chevets, un ventilateur de plafond. - une salle de bains avec douche, lavabo, WC, sèche-cheveux et produits d’accueil. - une terrasse et jardin privé avec table, chaises, et transats, vue les champs d’amandiers, où vous pourrez appréciez les superbes couchers de soleil. - Place de parking à l'intérieur, entrée privative via le jardin-terrasse. Vous aurez accès à votre appartement complet, votre terrasse, sans aucun partage avec nous. Nous sommes à votre entière disposition durant votre séjour, sachant nous faire discrets pour votre tranquillité ; la table d'hôtes vous accueille pour plus de convivialité. Nous mettons à votre disposition les services suivants dans votre appartement : eau minérale, chauffage, électricité, linge de maison (draps, serviette de toilette et de bain de soleil), accès internet WIFI haut débit, téléviseur, place de parking privée, et ménage au départ. Et en hiver le bois de chauffage pour la cheminée : nous nettoierons votre cheminée chaque jour et la préparerons pour votre confort, ensuite vous n’aurez plus qu’a l’alimenter en buches (du 1er novembre au 31 mars de chaque année). Les appartements sont non-fumeur, mais vous pourrez fumer à l’extérieur : sur votre terrasse privée ou autour de la piscine.
