The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

Very nice apartment with an even more beautiful view from every room. The immediate surroundings are very quiet, which means there is not much to see/do except the beach and it was never full. However, you can get to the busy city with many possibilities very quickly by bus or train. In my opinion, a very good location if you want to do something, but at the end of the day do not want to do without relaxation and tranquility.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It was perfect for a family with a baby. Excellent location, close to the supermarket and very close to the beach. The apartment was also very clean which made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you so much

Everything you write around here falls short to describe the wonderful stay we had in this accommodation, the house is beautiful, everything was new, clean and tidy, it is tastefully decorated and the bathrooms with very nice and comfortable, the only thing missing would be an elevator, since it is on a fourth floor and the arrival up to the top is something expensive but it is not something that depends on the host, who on the other hand was super friendly from the day before I was already in contact with us to give us all the necessary instructions and I was attentive to messages at all times and responded super fast when we needed their help. We would definitely return to this accommodation without a second thought.

What a find! Beautiful apartment in a stunning location! Only a couple of minutes to the beach and the supermarket- just perfect! Erene was very responsive and super helpful, allowing us a late checkout on our last day! We will be back! 😎

Although we had to wait 45 minutes to enter the apartment because they left us the wrong keys, Marina was a very good host and treated us very well. He gave us many recommendations about Santa Pola (restaurants, boat rental) and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. The apartment itself is nice and just like the photos, with a great ocean view. We recommend it.

Apartment with spectacular views in a peaceful and residential area. Clean and functional accommodation. Shops and restaurants accessible by car except a nice restaurant on the beach at the bottom of the building (check opening hours). Nature lovers, we loved our stay. Our stay at Charles's was very positive overall. We particularly appreciated the accommodation's appeal (location, brightness, charm, layout) and especially Charles' kindness and responsiveness. His availability to solve our problems remotely was very much appreciated and testifies to his excellent sense of hospitality. However, there were a few areas for improvement regarding the excessive brightness in the rooms at night and the noise from the ventilation in the small room. In summary, it could be described as a pleasant stay, greatly facilitated by the kindness and involvement of Charles, despite some minor inconveniences.

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a great stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect and contains everything you need for a successful vacation. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into town. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return by plane to Norway and then got to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I would love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

Great stay, helpful host. Complex has a good pool and apartment was what we needed. Bottled water and fruit provided on arrival, host met us at the apartment making arrival easy. Will visit again

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful apartment with spacious bed, large balcony and great surroundings with everything within reasonable walking distance and near bus station. The only downside is that I had booked this apartment for the gym in the building. Unfortunately, I couldn't use this because I didn't get the key.

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. Big plus with paddle court and pool at the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!

Everything is perfect, it is not an apartment, it is a home in the quiet area of Benidorm, if you are looking for tranquility within the city, it is definitely the right place.

I did not meet Antonio or Mika (ie, co-host), however, they were very friendly and helpful in out chats. Antonio gave me great restaurant recommendations. The apartment was one of the best Airbnb apartments I have ever stayed in. It is a high-tech modern apartment (ie, lights in bathrooms turn on by themselves, entrance door closes itself, TVs in every room, sauna type showers). It was a little noisy in the morning/afternoon since they are renovating the yard/garden areas. However, at the pace they are going, I think it should be finished soon. They are doing a really nice job (ie, very nice plants, pond area, etc...). I would like to return and see the finished product :-)

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.
