Vacation rentals with beach access in Alcoià

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

The stay was great. First of all, communication with Laury was very good. Also, he didn't mind waiting for us, because we were late for check-in. Another aspect to highlight is the cleanliness of the apartment. For me, it's always the most important thing.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

We had a great time at Jose Maria's place in Villajoyosa! The apartment is true to the photos, very clean, well-equipped and pleasant to live in. There are several nice beaches nearby, including San Juan, which we loved. Jose Maria was very responsive and attentive, we felt immediately comfortable. A beautiful place that we'll keep for next time!

It's a lovely area, it's in a residential neighborhood, so you'll meet a lot of locals. It's definitely not an area for people with walking difficulties, but very charming. Marlena and Gøran are very sweet and helpful.

Lovely stay. Peaceful in May though suspect might be noisier in the full height of summer. Excellent accommodation. Really well appointed. Roof terrace fantastic. Tram and bus service very handy but also a car would be useful if you want to travel about. Approx 45 minutes walk to marina at El Campello. However turn right and there are smaller restaurants and shops within 20 minutes. Handy supermarket within 5 minutes. Lidl takes an hour to walk there and back (possibly including the shop) at least. Hana was an excellent host, friendly and helpful. Already thinking about next year!!

What can I say, everything was great from our arrival until our departure. We fell in love with el campello, very family-friendly, very quiet, safe, a magnificent view, well located between Alicante and Benidorm, nothing to add, we had a great time and Laurence was an excellent host, very kind, very responsive, I highly recommend for a future 🥰 Fatiha

Good location, tidy and clean, with everything you need inside the flat. Nice views from the balcony for the ones that like scenery.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

We wish we had booked for longer as there was so much to see. A beautiful place with an incredible host. We will be back!!

Amazing house with stunning views and surroundings. Super comfortable with all the facilities. Walking distance to beach promenade, marina and Dénia town. Would highly recommend this beautiful place!

We absolutely loved staying in Natalia’s beautiful apartment. It is the second time we have visited within a year. It felt like coming home. It is such a perfect location with the beach, restaurants and the tram all within walking distance. The apartment is spotless and has everything and more that you could need. We spent a great time at Cristina’s place; the location is perfect: one cannot get a better place: it is quiet, yet so close to the bustle of the beach area. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with all necessities. The communication with the host went smoothly. She is a really helpful and caring person. Definitely, recommend this place.
