Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Dear interested parties, I place a lot of value on a good price/performance ratio for the tenants & that it remains fair for both sides. You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. Domeček je pro všechny, kdo milují klid, přírodu a chtějí si dopřát víc, než jen přespání. Je to zážitek, kde zpomalíte, načerpáte energii a odvezete si domů vzpomínky, na které se nezapomíná.

Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.

Castle-View Retreat in Český Krumlov

Wake to a view over the green garden and old orchard, above which rise the castle, St. Vitus Church and the entire historic centre. At the cottage there is a beautiful peace connected to nature. There is a beautiful view of the river from the terrace. You can spice up your pleasant moments with a barbecue. The surroundings encourage you to take a walk in the forest, pick mushrooms or visit a monument I can arrange fishing permits for fishermen. For children, there is a sandpit, a swing, toys and a large space for running. Easy heating system.

Our house is very family friendly. In our two flor modern villa with a large garden, we are able to accommodate large groups. The house benefits are spacious well-proportioned rooms which are well lit with large windows. It is ideal for large families with babies/children and grandparents. Children's toys and books aplenty.
