The apartment was exactly as described, and was cute and clean. Rebecca and Brian were responsive hosts, and had clear directions for entry and exit. The location is fantastic, and it was very convenient to have check-in/out time be 12pm. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Charlottesville.

Carolyn’s home is wonderful! So clean, many upgraded amenities - towels were plush and plentiful ! Kitchen so well stocked! Screened porch was a huge plus, spent SO much time on the porch and such a quiet neighborhood! Private driveway is a bonus as well. Thanks Carolyn!

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Colleen and Rick’s place! The Airbnb was very clean, comfortable, looked just like the photos, and had so many thoughtful touches (including snacks and a class of 2025 decoration for our UVA grad!). Colleen and Rick were super responsive and kind and I can’t say enough good things about them and their comfortable airbnb! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful stay. Ruthann’s place was beautiful both inside and out. The room was spacious, spotless, and full of light, perfect for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, great water pressure in the shower. I especially loved the raised nook beside the bed; it was a lovely place to begin the day, reading by the morning light and listening to the birds. The private patio is peaceful, a well-shaded garden with comfortable furnishings; you can spend all day out there. Ruthann is just lovely. Her instructions for parking and accessing the space were clear, and she was very responsive and checked in with me each day. It was great to chat. I felt very welcome. I appreciated all the little touches, from snacks and water to the collection of DVDs. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and hope to stay again!

Andrew's place was just as described. It was 5 minutes away from everything I wanted to do, so it was also in a great location! I stayed for a week, and it fit my needs perfectly. I would stay here again!

We loved staying at Leora's place. Would definately stay again! Me and my family were very comortable and loved the surroundings! My husband and I enjoyed a peaceful time on the canoes that were provided at the lake close by and really loved the scenery. When we were settled in after many outings, it was so nice to relax on the deck and screened in porch and also enjoy the board games that were provided. The place was very spacious and had everything that you would need. Wish we could of stayed longer!

This property was just perfect for a weekend meeting up with old friends for a local wedding. The area is gorgeous and peaceful, and the porches in the front and back of the house are a lovely sitting area to spend time. The layout of the house is great and feels spacious while also being cozy. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is only one bathroom - certainly not a dealbreaker but it required some juggling with 6 people in the house. Overall 10/10 and we were reluctant to leave!

Great house in Charlottesville. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Comfortable beds and a tankless hot water heater which is nice with multiple teens showering. Matt was very responsive to my questions and super quick to reply. We enjoyed walking down to the casual brewery Högwaller. Would recommend this house for a visit to the Charlottesville area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful Stay with Local Gems & a Disc Golf Bonus This Airbnb was a total gem! The space is beautifully designed—clean, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Amy is warm, responsive, and provided fantastic local suggestions that really elevated our trip. Highlights included the community center with Trager’s coffee (a perfect morning stop), a fun local thrift shop, and a charming rock shop that felt like a hidden treasure. The neighborhood had such a welcoming, creative vibe—we loved exploring it all. And for the disc golfers out there: Walnut Hill Park is about 30 minutes away and absolutely worth the trip. It was every bit as amazing as we hoped—great course, beautiful setting, must go play!! We will be back!!! This place is a perfect mix of comfort, character, and local flavor!

First of all, Kate is a fantastic hostess. She was very accommodating, welcoming and communicative. I greatly appreciated her hospitality. The property is gorgeous and peaceful. It is like a peaceful spa oasis home away from home. You can find comfort in every room. The hot tub is glorious to soak in while staring at the nighttime sky or for watching the sunset. There is practically no light or noise pollution. You can hear the creek down the hill flowing. Most of your neighbors are cows grazing in a field down the drive or an adorable family of foxes on the property. It is a perfect spot to just get away, relax and enjoy a natural setting tucked away in a hillside. Kate has mindfully ensured guests have almost anything you may need to prepare meals in the kitchen. Also plenty of towels and linens. You are about a 15-20 minute drive away from everything C-Ville has to offer. Perfect distance to have access to all you may need and to have peace and quiet. Truly a wonderful spot.

Loved this very private, sparkling clean, well stocked home that was in the perfect location to see some of the great Historical sites in Charlottesville. Would absolutely stay here again.

We thought this was a very sweet place to stay. Well thought out and utilized every inch! It was clean upon arrival and easy to gain access. Looking forward to visiting again. We only had one night there to attend a graduation.

Great place in a great part of Charlottesville! Very modern & kind of funky! But spotless & easy to stay in. Issac was super responsive during check-in while we were trying to figure a few things out. Would love to go back! Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed staying here as a group of 8! The unit was very clean and spacious. Jake was an awesome host too!! Very responsive and helpful, both before and during the stay. Would stay again!

We were in town for a niece’s HS graduation. We checked in a bit early and met Melissa. She was nice, friendly and helpful. The location is great, right in the heart of charming Charlottesville town center. Very walkable and lots to do. The space is large and fit 2 adults and 3 older children well. When we checked out, I left my glasses and Melissa promptly let me know and arranged for the glasses to be returned.

We stayed in this condo for a month and found it to be very comfortable. Although in an older, fairly large complex and on the ground level, we found it to be quiet, private, and secure. The kitchen was well stocked, all appliances in good working order, furnishings in good condition, and pleasant decor lending to a homey atmosphere. Condo is in a great location with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. All in all, a good experience. Angelique was immediately responsive to questions/concerns. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location a block off the downtown mall; very secure; easy check in; had everything we needed after we got the TVs to work. Responsive host
