My wife and I had chosen this Airbnb as a place to spend the night on our way back from the Outer Banks because of all the wonderfully positive reviews we had read. Now, having spent the night there, we can confirm that it truly deserved those reviews. When we arrived in Charlottesville, the temperature outside was 100°. So we were so thankful when we discovered how well air-conditioned the apartment was! And how, quiet, clean and neatly decorated. Best of all, we slept EXTREMELY well thanks both to a very comfortable bed and also to a late checkout time that took away the pressure of having to rush in the morning. We highly recommend this place and also all of Debbie's attention.

As advertised. We enjoyed our stay and would consider again for future visits. Safe neighborhood and accessible. Good choice

The pictures and the description of the place are exactly what you’ll find at Tony and Paulette‘s townhouse. The place is super close to downtown and about 15 to 20 minutes to the Monticello. It is super clean and they provided plenty of towels for us. The only small recommendation I made would be to have smart TVs in the bedrooms. I’d say it’s a great day for folks planning for a short visit.

What an absolute gem! This place was so lovely, well-appointed, comfortable and clean. The towels and sheets were soft, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were luxurious. We loved the kitchen, it had all the new appliances. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Charlottesville for a few days. It's central to just about everything.

What a wonderful stay! Centrally located and a quick walk down to Forest Hills park. I would highly recommend this stay for a family.

Additionally, as a pet owner, I truly appreciated the very well-maintained backyard which was perfect for my pup. It provided a safe and enjoyable space for my dog to play and relax. Highly recommend this place, especially for those traveling with pets!

Susan's well appointed home was the perfect place for our family to stay for UVA graduation weekend. The location is close to everything! and having a place to bring meals back was invaluable with how busy and booked restaurants were all weekend. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the coffee provided, especially on that early graduation day! Thank you, Susan!!

Fnu was a great host! And her place... absolutely perfect for what I needed for a 2-day stay in the Charlottesville, VA area. If you don't mind being 15 mins. out of town (which we did not/knew the location before renting), then Fnu's place is for you! Cozy, comfy.

The house was the perfect home base for our weekend in Charlottesville! It was a nice space and comfortably fit all 10 of us. Tanya was very responsive when we had questions and the instructions she provided made check in a breeze!

I personally have not used airbnb services very often, but this experience has definitely reinforced my comfort level with airbnb. The entire process was smooth and effortless and I particularly enjoyed the convenient location as it was close to all of the planned activities for the weekend.
