Sensational location right on the lagoon. The private island offers many possibilities (sports, beach, restaurants, horseback riding) and the nature reserve with its bird and wildlife right on the doorstep is fantastic. Be sure to take the bikes with you to explore the island and surroundings. The 3-story cottage has a small garden where you can enjoy the view and tranquility. The house is a little spartanly decorated. Luckily, the supermarket on the island sells the most important things of everyday life. (Attention: observe opening hours). We thoroughly enjoyed it.

PERFECTION! Nothing to fault with this apartment located in a beautiful area of Venice and containing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Miriam was an exceptional host. She was very responsive, friendly and gave clear instructions on what to do. We stayed for two nights and have no complaints at all. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay at Vittoria's apartment. This is located on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs. The furnishing is modern and the essentials for the first nights are available. From the terrace you have a great view of the fjord. The apartment does not have direct access to the fjord. Most of the time in the apartment you have good reception for the public Wi-Fi of the island. We felt very comfortable!

Great apartment with directly adjacent swimming facilities behind the garden. The dining option in the covered conservatory was ideal at any time of the day with plenty of seating. Of the bicycles available, we used one, the rest we took ourselves, which is highly recommended to explore the island. Leo was also always immediately available when we needed him or had any questions. Our stay was great and we'd come back any time. Thanks again.

An absolutely beautiful stay! The accommodation is in a great location, right next to a charming little square with shops and restaurants, while remaining very quiet. The apartment is very well-equipped, tastefully decorated, and the gondolas that pass just in front add a unique touch of magic and romance. A real dream! The host was lovely, very welcoming and kindly waited for us upon arrival. We recommend this place without a second thought – a real favorite!
