Beach house vacation rentals in Alassio

Very nice cottage with lovely furnishing details and a magnificent view! Delicious bakery/patisserie around the corner, good restaurants/bars within walking distance. Located very close to the Imeria-Sanremo bike path. As a family, the passage bedrooms were not a problem. Very nice neighbor who takes care of the house and helped us understand the garbage system:). Definitely worth a trip.

We had a few beautiful days in the apartment, full of peace and tranquility. The apartment is large and comfortable and has everything you need to make you feel at home. The ocean view is beautiful and Matteo was so nice to us. Highly recommended!

Federico and Gemma welcomed us warmly with our dog and were present with tips and advice all the time. They even made us aware of a coming storm and provided us with the garage for our classic car in time. All in all very pleasant and everything according to the description. We will be back.

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. The arrival was independent of the host. We parked the car behind the gate right at the entrance to the apartment, so nothing had to be carried far. Since everything is within walking distance, there was no need to drive to the beach or to go shopping. There is a Euro spin store in close proximity and a Lidl nearby. It's really a short walk to the beach and it's up to you if you go to the beach, along which the tracks run. The children loved this beach, where they had both the sea and trains🙂. There is always a public beach, where there is a shower, and a private beach, where you pay for a deck chair and a sun umbrella. The sea is beautifully clean. On the other hand, you can go to the beach, which is in close proximity to the city center. The advantage is nearby restaurants and ice cream🙂. The accommodation is on the ground floor, I would say the basement, because the windows from the bathroom and bedroom are at the level of the garden of the apartment above you, which sometimes seemed disturbing when we put the small children to sleep and the children played by the window or had a mobile phone on. The garden is beautiful and shaded. The only downside is the missing WiFi, but we knew that.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It also has a terrace and garden with stupendous sea views. We particularly enjoyed dining alfresco every nIght of our stay. Jean-Marc is a very attentive and responsive host. The private road leading to the house is short (only 800 meters) but narrow, steep and sinuous. A bit breathtaking the first time but fine after that. There is a good supermarket with interior parking at the beginning of the private road to the house.

We are very happy with our stay. The house is beautiful, especially the outdoor space, a sheltered garden shaded by lemon trees, where you can have lunch, dinner and relax. The house is very clean, the kitchen is functional with a very useful washing machine and dishwasher, the bathroom is spacious with a very large shower and the beds are comfortable. In addition, Giulia provided us with a bed rail for the bed where our 4-year-old son would sleep and before arrival she asked us if we needed any other comforts for him such as a crib or high chair. The area is great because it is in a pedestrian area, close to shops and restaurants and a stone's throw from the beaches. The parking space provided with the accommodation is also very useful and easily accessible.

This has been one of the most memorable vacations of my lifetime. The picturesque seaside town is absolutely charming, and this apartment is an absolute dream, perched up on the hillside overlooking the sea and coastline. The courtyard and patio is so comfortable, I could spend the day just there. The rental is safe, quiet, absolutely beautiful and easy to fall in love with.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 3 kids. It was the perfect place for our vacation. The pizza oven was great, but most of all our children liked the large pool. You can walk to the city in 15 minutes. Despite the lack of sidewalks, you did a good job! The beach was also 15 minutes walking distance. It was a wonderful holiday!

Absolutely phenomenal view from the Villa! It’s a bit of a trek to get up to it but it sure is worth it. Perfect for a big family or a group of friends.

We stayed, with our group of friends, for a weekend in Olessia's house and we had a great time... the house located above the coast of Menton enjoys a breathtaking view... the rooms are well maintained and all air-conditioned... we took full advantage of the pool overlooking the sea. The host was very welcoming and greeted us in person. We recommend everyone try this apartment

Paolo was a great host. Due to the storm, we arrived later. Everything was no problem and Paolo very flexible. The property is very nice and definitely worth a stay. Unfortunately a little difficult to find and yet very remote. Perfect as a starting point for hiking or biking.

We had a wonderful stay at Francesca’s place. Communication and check-in were easy, and her grandma, Patrizia, was there to welcome and assist us. The view from the garden was spectacular. It’s advisable to bring mosquito spray to fully enjoy the outdoors. We were tempted to extend our stay and would absolutely return for another visit.

A gem in the middle of nature facing the sea in a very beautiful property The owners are lovely, always attentive to us and at our disposal. I spent a weekend with my girlfriend, great accommodation in perfect condition, cozy with a large terrace, close to the sea and very quiet and peaceful. We had a great time, the only evaluation that could be made is on the check-in to make it a little more flexible. Otherwise, they were wonderful days, Roberto was very welcoming and nice and we have to thank him for the check-out, which he was very flexible about and left us a few more hours. Lovely house right at the beach. Beautiful terrace for comfortable breakfasts. The house was spacious and created a coozy atmosphere The pebble beach even though seemingly narrow never felt crowded and the water was crystal clear. Numerous good seafood restaurant and bakeries in walking distance. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend.

Great location, very great view, completely escape-proof fenced garden. You'll get exactly what the pictures show. The historic hiking trail leads along the house and our dog had many people to welcome on weekends. Kitchen fully equipped, all very clean. NO Wi-Fi, but it is also in the advertisement! We very much enjoyed our stay and loved the house. The location is perfect, close to the railway station, beaches and restaurants. I really appreciated the kitchen with everything one could need including a full set of pots/pans that matched and the small items like herbs etc. I will certainly be back next year.
