Family villa by the sea

It's our little haven of peace. Ground floor of the villa, unobstructed view of the garden, accessible by a staircase that also leads to the beach, which is not very crowded due to its difficult access. A few meters from the train station, which is convenient if you come by train and to discover the region by train (Monaco, Italy, Nice, Menton... very close) and park the car for the holidays. On the other hand, the trains pass by the house... (during the day, quite early and stop at night) it's not a nuisance for us but it depends.

Our house is located in the heart of Cervo’s historical center, just below the Corallini square. The position is what makes the apartment so special and bright. All the main windows overlook the sea! Spread over an area of about 100 mq, the house is on one level, with large rooms with vintage finishes. It has two independent entrances and is made up of: one double bedroom, one room with two single beds, one living room with a bunk-bed, a kitchen and bathroom with a window.
