You will feel at home in this cozy duplex that is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood that has private areas, great neighbors, and a great location. Walking distance to downtown and many local restaurants. Our home has comfortable beds with a king size bed in the master bedroom with adjoining master bathroom. This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. Monte Vista is a small rural town.
