We were in town for a wedding but didn’t want to stay in the city so we found this lovely home! Everything was so smooth from check in to check out and the hosts are so sweet. Very quick to communicate and accommodating. We would definitely book with them again!

Everything we imagined and wished for was at the Camppound. Our stay was delightful, cozy, fun, peaceful, Beautiful in and out nothing to want for everything was perfect. To Steve and Heather Thank you so kindly for your wonderful and kind welcome. We would not not have been able to do all of the things and stay the length we did for if it wasn’t for your generous cost to us during my Granddaughters graduation from Berkeley University.we will all be forever thankful and grateful , you are truly the most wonderful caring people, we were surely blessed finding this wonderful oasis and would definitely do it all over again without hesitation. We really enjoyed the back deck and furniture. The garden was amazing and very peaceful. We spent most evenings outside and used the BBQ. Great atmosphere to sit and enjoy the CA weather.

Quiet! Top notch bed and pillows. We wish there was instructions for fireplace or ‘show and tell’ at beginning. We figured it out the second morning. It certainly does the job once turned on. Springer pleasant and helpful once engaged.

It was the perfect place for our family to gather over the holidays. Cozy but spacious with that back cottage providing a separate space for separate couple.

Had to extend a stay in Berkeley at the last minute and this listing was perfect. No hassle, comfortable, great location and beautiful garden. Appreciated it was small dog friendly.

Our AirBnb stay was wonderful - great location, super walkable but still on a private/quiet road. We would highly recommend staying here! The place was clean and comfortable.

Good location, easy to check in late. I'm glad they provided fans since it gets warm during the day but cooled down rapidly when we got back.

Very cozy little apartment, we had a good time. The location is calm. Some things in the apartment are a bit old and could need some repair, but it’s all functional.

Ottoline’s place was safe, comfortable, peaceful, and clean. It was perfect for our weekend in the area. Otto was very helpful and responsive, and the place itself had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and kitchen was great to make food from the Whole Foods nearby. I would highly recommend.

From the extensive vinyl collection to the categorized bookshelf — from the skylights to the city panorama, there’s nothing that this loft doesn’t provide. The apartment was a perfect landing spot after a long day in the city and a restful environment for simply chilling out. Looking for a delicious dark roast paired with a fresh cheese danish, check out the bodega located right down the street. As for our host, Terri was a delight to communicate with. She made checkin/out a breeze and her personal touches of decor made it feel like home. Will come back to this Air BNB again no doubt.

Parents came to visit Berkeley, the place was great for hosting them. Joe was responsive and the place was super clean and well equipped!

The place was definitely worth the price. The hosts are kind enough to allow guests to use almost all spaces in the home, including a fully stocked kitchen and a balcony with an amazing view.

Once you open the door, you are transplanted into a space where a breath is taken and a breath is held. If you are seeking a calmness, this home is the one. Pride of ownership is evident in the furnishings, personal touches and in the whole home itself. Didn’t want our stay to end.

My friends and I stayed at Seaon’s home for about a week and we felt right at home. It was a cozy spot with a beautiful outdoor porch and garden to hang out in. There was enough beds for four adults and a baby. Seaon was very easy to communicate with and also responsive when we discussed anything regarding the house. The neighborhood was fairly quiet during our stay which is always nice. We drove to Oakland, San Francisco, and parts of wine country from the house and found it to be in a good central location. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for somewhere to stay with your group.

Beautiful neighborhood. Many walkable trails and parks with access to the Bay Trail. House is large and comfortable (great beds) and spotlessly clean. Large private backyard and very close to the tennis/pickle ball courts and pool. Only complaint is that the kitchen was not well stocked for our two week stay. We needed to borrow cooking implements and equipment from our son who lives in the area. But overall, a wonderful property and would not hesitate to return.

Our family had the most incredible weekend at Gina's beautiful home! First of all, a HEATED POOL makes all the difference, huge plus! We loved spending time in the backyard with so many beautiful outdoor areas to hangout with family, including your own private dock with a kayak! We were a little bummed the outdoor firepit wasn't working because we loved being outside so much but maybe next time. We hope to come back soon! We loved the big wooden table and big cozy couch for all 8 of us to enjoy time eating meals and playing games together! It was super convenient to have the grocery store just 6 minutes down the road as well. She was also extremely accommodating which made the stay even better!

The house, especially the backyard, and the neighborhood in which it is situated, are stunningly beautiful. While guests do not have access to the master bedroom, the price for the rest of the house is well worth it.
