Excellent place to stay and a brilliant host!

We are so in love with Ruth's space and property, it's literally our dream design and construction to start and the surrounding property is absolutely stunning. Karen was so sweet and helpful and showed us all around the property, we also met Pablo and Paco as well as some of the pups who came with us on our hike. We will absolutely be back very very soon.

This is a beautiful vey nicekt decorated home. It was very comfortable for six adults. There is a restaurant within close walking distance which was excellent. If your in need of acomdations in this area this is a great place to stay.

The host was extremely quick to respond. The location overlooking the ridge is beautiful. The house was very clean the back deck was a fantastic place to watch birds. When we got there there we inquired about where to purchase ground coffee for the morning and the host went out and brought some to us, which was unexpected and very kind. The direct road to the location was closed so we had to loop up and back down. That was the only minor inconvenience.

In this beautiful place we spent a spectacular Father's Day surrounded by nature, in a very warm and cozy place!

Cindy’s condo is the perfect retreat for a family, or for a group. It is incredibly spacious, with more room than the pictures can show. The view of San Jose was gorgeous day and night. The pool was public to the condo, and was heated. The drive Into San Jose was a touch longer than expected, but that was no biggie due to all of the other amenities. Lots of balcony space, on multiple levels have great indoor/outdoor experiences. Definitely would stay again.

Sara was a great host. The unit was exactly what we were looking for. It felt like a place you could settle into nicely. Would recommend Sara and the unit to anyone looking to stay in that area.

The place was really nice and comfortable, we found everything we needed and the building has awesome nice areas for pictures. The view it’s great and the location was really convenient to visit any area of San Jose.

It was a very short stay… arrived on a late flight and left early. Everything was clean and all the instructions were clear and helpful. I did manage to get in a round of golf before I left which was a big plus for me.

Everything was very clean and tidy, it even had snacks and welcome juice, the cabin is private and has everything you need to have a good time, a good-sized screen, a kitchen equipped with several spices for cooking and Jeannette even offered us information about restaurants with home delivery in the area for our convenience.

We had a great stay at this property. I loved the location. Very central to many great restaurants and cafes. We stayed over a weekend and there were quite a few activities and festivals happening in the area. The pool was great and climatized. We enjoyed the equipped kitchen since we walked to Fresh Market (2 blocks away) to pick up some groceries to have on hand

Wonderful hosts, and the gardens and grounds are stunning and peaceful! Easily accessible to the Toucan Rescue Ranch. A perfect place for our stay.

I’ll start with what you need to know. Yes, the airBNB is on private 4 acre lot. Yes the room was as clean and well designed as the pictures depicted. Yes there is lots of parking on the property. Yes the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, utensils, plates, cups and extras like sugar, cooking oil and coffee. Yes there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Yes this property is in mountains, but Uber can take you anywhere for cheap. My family and I were lucky enough to book this place for almost 6months. Erika was very attentive and kind to us our entire stay. Sure this is her business, but every exchange felt genuine. My boys absolutely loved being here with so much room to play and run around. Weekly, Ilse and KB switched our linens, gived us fresh towels, cleaned the entire bathroom and swept our floors. Mr. Orlando and Guillermo worked swiftly to address all grounds related issues. This team of four worked really well together to ensure our comfort. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great spot close enough but far enough from the city.

Our stay at this stunning home was nothing short of PERFECT! A huge thank you to Daniela, our incredible host, who went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. She graciously allowed our big crew (all 19 of us—kids included!) to check in early after our drive from Jaco and even helped coordinate airport transportation. Talk about hospitality! The house itself is absolute DREAMS—spacious, beautifully designed, and surrounded by breathtaking views that had us all swooning. We had more than enough room to spread out, cook family feasts in the fully equipped kitchen, and grill dinners under the stars. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. From morning coffees on the patio to late-night laughs in the living areas, every moment here felt magical. We’re already counting down the days until we can return! Thank you, Daniela and team, for a 5-star experience we’ll never forget! 🌟

We had a great stay in San Jose! The place was huge with lots of space! The pool table was a nice touch and was in good condition. When we arrived, Leo gave us a quick tour of the place and showed us how to use everything. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The location was close to the airport and also close to the city center. All the bedrooms had AC, however the main house did not. We left the windows opened which helped, but also attracted a few bugs. Overall, it wasn’t bad at all. We all had a great time and this place was a great place to wrap up our time in Costa Rica 😊

A great place to relax. Perfect location. The jacuzzi is the star of the room. highly recommended
