Silvia's place was awesome. Right in the heart of San Jose, with lots of things to do and places to eat nearby. The complimentary breakfast was also phenomenal.

We enjoyed our stay and can recommand the casa ridgway.

Honking the horn after hours to come in was awkward and I was told not to even come unless I called first before I arrived even after I paid and got receipt and the convo consisted of nothing important.

I have nothing but positive things to stay about my stay, I will definitely come back on future visits to Costa Rica!

Hotel Santo Tomás was lovely. A little boutique hotel oasis in the heart of San Jose and so close to all the things to do. Finding it was a bit tough but it was very dark and we were very jet lagged. In the daytime it would've been no problem at all. They have secure parking facilities, very friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and the attention to detail of the hotel itself was spectacular. So many places to sit and just relax in the beautiful weather. Thomas sat and chatted with us and other guests over breakfast and had all sorts of recommendations, tips, maps, places to go and things to do. He is an absolute gem and can guide you in all things Costa Rica.

It was very relaxing and easy to be met at the airport and be taken straight to the hotel. The food was lovely. And it was great to have the pool. The room was big and spacious and had a great terrace with a fantastic view down into the valley. The road was very noisy including at night. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we loved staying here as our arrival place into Costa Rica before going off into the wilds

This place is amazing. The entire property is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was large, perfectly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend it!

A very special place ... ! Comfortable, clean, silent, with natural beauty, fine attention, excellent food, safe, healthy events (Yoga, Tai Chi), massages, with excellent customer service ...

The cabin is beautiful and cozy. It is a very quiet and peaceful space even being so close to the restaurant and the main street. The access is super easy, the care of the hosts is unbeatable. We stayed on a very busy day for the restaurant, and the cabin is very close to the parking lot and the pedestrian access to the restaurant so other people were passing nearby, however there are curtains you can close and you almost don't realize it.

Lorena was super kind to us, the apartment was very clean, both bedrooms had air con working perfectly. Place was nice and welcoming.

Great home! Just bring seasonings if you are planning on cooking. I appreciate that everyone was so helpful and quick to fix the WiFi tissue I had for only a day…I was able to work and enjoy walking to town for what I need. Highly recommend!

Great place for a family or group get-together near Laguna de Plata, Heredia and for us, Iglesia San Gabriel Arcángel, where we attended a wedding. Family came from allí over Costa Rica, as well as the US, and house made a perfect staging area for us. Ceasar couldn't have been more gracious, informative, or accommodating. Recomend highly. PURA VIDA!
