Just 5min away from the airport by car! 15min beach / 10min city center / 20min Alicante city center / 5min Elche Business Park / 7min IFA. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen with all the necessary cookware to spend a few days, nordic fireplace style and a equipped bathroom, which has a large wardrobe enough for 2 people.

The house is situated within walking distance of San Juan Pueblo which is a lively town very close to Alicante. The beach is 20 minutes away ( by bike ) and there are lovely countryside walks nearby. La casa principal donde vivimos los propietarios, está situada próxima a la de invitados, en una parcela totalmente vallada, aunque ambas viviendas tienen total independencia e intimidad.

Now with air conditionned!Situated in a quiet area.40 m2 apartment,4 KM from Benidorm.The areas to share are the swimming pool,garden and barbecue.Not far away from restaurants ,the beach is 1,5 KM away. In July and August,there is no discount and the arrivals and departures are only sSaturdays. Please bring your own towels and bed sheets! The costs of water and electricity will be added. The swimming pool is in funcion from May until mid October.
