The house is located in the most scenic old street in the center of Alicante, the best place to go, under the castle of Santa Barbara, facing the sea and blooming in the spring.The house has two rooms, one living room, one kitchen, one bathroom with shower.The house is a detached home on the ground floor, nearly a hundred years old and has been remodeled.We guarantee that every time it will be carefully cleaned and washed bed linen changed.There is an induction cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker and other kitchen items in the kitchen.Two large towels and two small towels are provided in the bathroom.The house is on the hillside below the castle, because in the city center, there is no free parking nearby, but there is underground toll parking within four minutes walk from the house.The house is on a hillside with a high elevation and has a very beautiful view, but it may not be suitable for elderly and physically weak guests and guests with babies, as there are more than a dozen steps.From the stairs of the street, you can reach the highest part of the majestic Santa Barbara Castle, overlooking the whole city, ten minutes down is the charming beach, the cathedral, the city hall........Taxis can get to the entrance of the street.The check-in time we set is 3pm and we will try to let you in before two.

Nice bungalow with a beach very close by and parking at the door

Nice bungalow near the ideal beach for families. It has a terrace with a chill out area with TV, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms (one double and one with two 90 beds), and a bathroom with a shower tray. It is also fully equipped with appliances of all kinds. Parking is very easy to access as it is possible to park at the door. Airport just 10 minutes away and Alicante about 15. Very well located.

Fantastic house near the sea!

Lovely home with terrace. 2 car garage. Any additional / cot beds. Attractions: Playa Muchavista (next to Playa San Juan) just 5 minutes walk, tram and bus just minutes less than 1 minute. Supermarkets, restaurants and health center. Water Activities, coastal towns to visit amusement parks in Benidorm and the city within half an hour by tram!). You'll love my house because it is comfortable and clean :-)
