Vacation rentals with a patio in Alacantí

Lovely modern apartment, all the amenities were there that you needed. Peaceful location although far enough from the city where an uber is required. you can tell rafal and karina take care of the place. Amazing for a nice relaxing few days. The pool has an AMAZING view. Jazmin was also so helpful and made checking in so easy with a step by step guide and was only a text away from any questions. Overall an amazing and relaxing experience and will definitely be going back!

We had a great stay! The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the city center — you can easily walk everywhere. It was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with everything you might need in the kitchen. The parking space in the garage was a big plus — the car was always safe and out of the sun. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming. He waited for us late in the evening to hand over the keys, gave us clear instructions, and explained everything in detail. He also left us everything we needed for the beach. We were greeted with a fridge full of drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, a wonderful experience — we were very happy with our stay!

Dino and Alex are the perfect hosts .Their help and knowledge meant this was like holidaying with family .Five stars aren’t enough to reward their effort .It is a wonderful apartment with every amenity and is perfectly placed to be in easy reach for rest of the city of Alicante .We would not hesitate to recommend fellow travellers and our friends.Ross

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a vacation, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.

Manuel’s apartment was perfect for our family trip, a short walk to the beach, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants - highly recommended!

The house far exceeded our expectations. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful the house is, and they're good photos. Nuria's house is beautifully decorated and when we entered we felt like we were the first guests in the house, it was so clean, well organized and everything was well cared for. In addition, the kitchen was fully equipped and there were basic ingredients such as oil, salt, coffee, tea, etc., which we appreciated since we arrived on a holiday and almost everything was closed Nuria as a host, a 10. Always attentive to the questions we asked her before our stay and once there, also attentive to any questions or issues that arose. Check-in and check-out were very easy and rounded out a wonderful experience. All in all, a totally recommended place to stay.

Summer accommodation in a very good and quiet location. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and family-friendly stay. Highly recommended. Diego was very friendly and helpful at all times.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Beautiful space- gorgeously decorated and comfortable furnishings throughout. Spa like master bedroom with sweet little terrace. Great facilities. An oasis!

The apartment was beautiful. The pool was bigger than what we thought. Dan and co were so friendly and easy to speak to. the apartment felt so private and peaceful. The only thing we struggled with was finding taxis that would take us elsewhere, but that meant we spent more time in the pool hahah xx 10/10 would recommend xx Thank you Dan xx

Super nice home in quiet surroundings. We were well received and received recommendations for various things in the area and transportation. The host and Welcomely responded quickly to messages and were flexible on both check-in and checkout. We would consider coming back again!

An awesome house! Nice, quiet neighbourhood (excluding friday evening of course), great views and everything is in a walking distance - pool, restaurant and sea.. House is fully equipped with everything you might need, starting from kids toys and ending with a portable gas stove and pans to cook some paella.. Jesús was very helpful with every question that we had and everything went smooth.. A great place with a fantastic owner! Hope to get back here someday again..

We have just got back from a week staying at Javier and Nathalie’s house. We are family of two adults and four children ranging age from 14 to 1 and this place had everything you could possibly need! The house is spacious and pool bigger than it looked in the photos, cinema room is an added bonus. Very well equipped with baby gates, toys, high chairs, the cot was put up, extra bedding available, inflatables and bikes. Also the kitchen has a filtered tap for drinking water so no carrying heavy bottles of water back from the shop! The location is quiet and is a good 10-15minute walk to the beach (with little children in tow) and a 20minute bike ride to the big Lidl so I think next time we would potentially hire a car. Only thing to note is that the restaurants close by don’t often open of an evening until 8pm so when we went out at 6.30-7pm nothing was open! The tram is easy, it’s at the entrance to the beach and only four stops to El campello. The hosts were so lovely and helpful!

We were delighted to have been able to spend our stay in Alicante in this apartment. Extremely well located with the metro almost at the foot of the building, and a view that helps you feel like you're on vacation! I highly recommend it.

It was a great stay in a very clean and modern apartment that was located in walking to the city centre. The apartment was also located at the top floor and with the balcony, it gave an amazing view and a very cozy atmosphere both day and night. The hosts were also very inviting and welcoming with quick respond time which made the visit very enjoyable. I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Dominique’s apartment. He was very responsive and accommodating. His place was immaculate, comfortable, well -stocked, and tastefully decorated. The pool is an awesome added amenity. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The private parking space is very convenient as it was difficult to find street parking. My family and I had a fantastic stay at this flat! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Old Town with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante.

Great location - super quiet, but only a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach and a row of restaurants and little shops. We ate out every evening. Spacious & modern apartment with a lovely outdoor area. Pool was a good size and really quiet. Great welcome by Jonas’ parents. Great communication by Jonas leading up to our stay. I’d recommend hiring a car if you want to get about as we found booking taxi’s quite hard work! Overall, would highly recommend! We travelled with two children and we had everything we needed.
