Lake house vacation rentals in Alabama

We will definitely be back!! This was such a fun weekend getaway and loved that the social was in walking distance, the host were very responsive when I had questions! Check in and check out process was very easy!

Perfect place to get away and relax! The thunderstorms canceled our swimming and dock sitting but the big covered back porch and tin roof made it very enjoyable. The house was very clean and spacious. We had a total of 8 adults and everyone felt like they had plenty of space. Also, the hosts were very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Tanner’s house! It was the perfect fit for our family spacious and comfortable while also offering the most breathtaking views of the Lake and unbeatable location! Tanner also provides everything you need to make the most of your time outdoors. Highly recommend for a fun, adventure-filled getaway!!

The house is super cute and cozy. The pier is a little unstable and definitely not safe if you have small children (we didn’t, but just FYI). We caught a few gafftop and a black tip shark from the pier. It was a nice, quiet little getaway.

The house was absolutely beautiful. Our family enjoyed it so much. The kids loved the zipline and enjoyed the pool. Our family caught some fish too!!!! After the storm we are glad the house had the emergency generator. This just made it easier to see that the house is fully equipped with any amenities that you could need to make sure any guest has a pleasant stay.

This was our Second time staying there and we’re just as satisfied the second time as we were the first. Very quiet and peaceful and clean. Would definitely recommend their place for a getaway!

My spouse & I took our 3 kids here for a mini vacation! It was a dream, they provided paddle boards/canoes/games. We didn’t catch any fish so bring your A game! The house was clean & homey. Will definitely plan to be back! Thanks for having us!

My family of eight stayed the first week of June. We love Airbnb since we are a big family. Jeb’s place looked too good to be true from the pictures and description. It is so much better though. The location is perfect. The pool is huge and very accessible. The lake is right there and Jeb provided everything we needed to be able to get out on the lake. As for the house it provided everything we needed. Lots of space for everyone, love that there are plenty of bathrooms. We truly enjoyed our time here and have already agreed when we come back to Lake Martin we would love to stay here again.

This place was perfect for our family trip. We were in town for Rock the South and wanted to spend some time at the lake! The home was very well stocked with everything the hostess listed. We loved the dock. Our family enjoyed the stay and would 10/10 stay here again!

We had a great stay with room to spread out and great views. The home was furnished with everything we needed plus some- we even had a chance to sit around the fire pit for a while one night. Highly recommend!

Carey saved the day! We arrived at another rental and it did not live up to the photos or expectations. I reached out and immediately she responded and we were able to Che k in just minutes later. The home is the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. Very clean and in such a nice quiet area. Can’t recommend this home enough! We will be back!

We had such an enjoyable relaxing week here! Shannon was so helpful and accommodating and able to recommend places specific to our needs! The place is lovely and perfect! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. It was so nice to be able to rent their pontoon with our stay as well. They had a tube and Lilly pad which was just perfect for the young ones! If you are looking for an easy stress free vacation, this is your spot!!

Jim was very responsive when I messaged him. The house was super cozy. I cooked dinner for our second night stay and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans so that made cooking a breeze. You can hear the creek outback as soon as you step out of your car. It was absolutely amazing for the price and I'm very thankful for the experience.

Great time at Robert’s place. We enjoyed every moment. We especially loved that back porch and the dock!!! Very nice neighbors. Very quiet and peaceful. Kids had fun on the dock catching some blue gills, yellow bellies and cat fish. Will definitely check availability again next time we visit our children.

Sandra is a gem! She was very attentive and responsive. Her place is so peaceful and beautiful! The lake is so tranquil. The house is super dog friendly with a dog door that leads to a fence yard, our pup loved it and the lake! A very affordable rental in Lake Weiss! We had a great time!

Shannon was so accommodating for our family trip. We asked for some recommendations prior to our trip and she responded immediately. This area of Shoals Creek is quiet and we enjoyed the peacefulness. Our boat trips up and down the creek and out to the main river/lake were beautiful. I grew up on this creek and while so many more people have built on the creek and the houses are so much larger, the peace and quiet of the wooded lots and the beauty of the sunsets remains!

We loved our week on the Wedowee River! The kids LOVED the small bedrooms, there was plenty of space for all of us (2 parents and 6 kids) and it was incredibly peaceful. Everyone loved the master bathroom with the shower/bathtub space. The porch and grill were our favorite places to hang out as we made dinner, played games and enjoyed each other's company.

Very well kept home in a beautiful area. Responsive host who provides all information necessary to help the beginning of your vacation go seamlessly. Also provided tidbits of information about the surrounding area.

Amazing is all I have to say. Will definitely be back again.

This was a lovely property! The location was close to town, but nestled back in a picturesque area with a creek, pond, and lots of beauty trees. The house itself was a wonder! It was interesting to see and learn about the history of the mill. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

We booked here to celebrate our sons’s college graduation from UNA. It was absolutely perfect. So quiet and peaceful. Lots of room for our family to celebrate. The screened-in back porch was amazing! The large patio was perfect for our meals. It was so nice to just sit and look out over the water. The kids enjoyed the canoe/kayaks that were available, as well. Bedrooms were so comfortable and inviting! Plenty of room for a large family. Wonderful hosts and so accommodating and easy to communicate with!

Kristi's lake house is amazing!!! So clean and cozy! There was everything you need there for a great stay- kitchen was well stocked with essentials and basics for cooking, in case you forget anything. The house was lovely and well-decorated. The back porch was a great place to hang out and view the lake. The pier was so nice to swim and hang out. We took a couple of umbrellas and they came in hand on the pier. Everything was wonderful! The beds were a bit firm, but that's understandable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This place was great and so was Steve. Our stay was cut short due to a storm that caused a power outage but up until that time it was perfect. We plan to book again soon!
