This 3 bedroom octagon shaped river house has a king bedroom, queen bedroom, loft with two twin beds, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There is also a separate bunk house that has two sets of bunk beds, full bathroom on the same floor as the house. Large deck to hang out/grill, etc. The river house sits about 40 feet off the water front. The river is great for swimming, tanning, boating, etc. This house is about 15 minutes from Florence, Al. Numerous restaurants and activities available!

The property is one hour from Birmingham and two hours from Nashville. You are also only 25 minutes from The Barn wedding venue on Smith Lake. Cullman has everything you need if you want to go into town and eat at local restaurants or get a Starbucks coffee. Not to mention this is the best place to view fireworks on the 4th!
